@LiquidT3nsion The Pc Version is exactly the same, This is the T-003 boss from the Second Scenario of Resident Evil 2, The only way you could have played the game so much and Not seen this is to Never play the second scenario. Just Finish the game and then Load from the Finished game save data, back when Resident Evil 2 first came out alot of people made the mistake of just starting a new game with the other character and missed out on the real ending.

let me explain m'kay :D. Resident evil 2 was in two cds for the playsation. each were about 200-400mb on each CD (estimate). So how will it fit in a 64mb N64 cartridge? they used compression techniques to make it fit. because of that when ever we decompress it to make a rom it goes all crazy. so no one has figured out how to decompress it right just yet :(
