This video made me cry because my situation has been very similar to the little girl's. When she was crying because she didn't want to take the neb again, I cried with her because I have felt the same way. It's not stubbornness about taking the meds, it's how they make you feel. It's terrible. I have been trying the Buteyko method myself for 1 week now, and I am having great success. Thankyou for this video.

Hello Dick, I think you'r doing a very good job by ajusting the subtitles in dutch to the video. I am a believer to!!!

Not only it helps me to get recovered from my asmatic bronchitis. I have fybromyalgy and have great results from the buteyko method here. Now i can sleep good, when i get up in the morning i am not exchausted anymore, my muscles don't hurt, because the the oxygene in my blood reaches my muscles so they can relaxe! I recomend it to anyone, so many profits!!!
