Adam this is incredible...back in the mid eighties one of my relatives in Cali..came cruisin' up in this little Chevy Luv..same body style except Kevin's was that two tone red over white paint job..sporting those wide chrome rims, simple like the ones you'd pick up at Sears for like 20 bucks a pop, bumpin his new "hella cool" Pioneer tape deck with the "Kicker" box behind the seats- listening to something silly from Joe Walsh....I have to admit..It was cool-yours is awesome..Kudos big time<3
The luv has made 1131hp now it's on youtube too. The radiator is in the bed. It's not a lt1 just a tpis mini ram intake. The motor is still a stock 98 block with eagle crank and rods and Wisco pistons. Eckmen in rexburg ID helped me a lot with making this much power in a stock block
This Luv is sick!i have an '81 luv(Mikado)longbed at the house ready.just pulled out the isuzu 4banger & tranny(scrap metal).any advice or websites i could go to for a smallblock 350/turbotranny setup,and i wanna dropspindle this with a chevy S-10 spindle kit,but cant sacrifice rearend traction.any advice?Thanx PowerLabs.
advance adapters used to offer a kit for droppin a smallblock chevy into the pup, had a 86 pup about 10 years ago and was gonna drop one in myself, but never got around to it.
