DJ Pon-3 is her stage name, like a lot of DJs have. Here "real" name (unofficial at this point) is Vinyl Scratch. Given the fact that Hasbro made the Derpy Hooves name canon (see episode "The Last Roundup"), there's no reason to doubt they won't do the same for Vinyl Scratch if they can. However, it has been confirmed for a fact that her eyes are red, which is awesome!

Not sure if this is a troll comment, but I'll bite. A "brony" (not brownie) is a fan of MLP: FiM, usually assumed to be a male, though the word is considered genderless. The word is a combination of "bro" and "pony", and in my opinion usually refers to adult males who enjoy the show, despite being way outside of the intended demographic. Again though, the word can refer to males and females, though I've heard some fans call adult female fans "pegasisters". Hope that helps!
