Thanks for the comments everyone. Two motors are in the booms, and two shorter (and thinner) motors are in the outboard nacelles. There is not a huge amount of room, but the single loops of 1/8 rubber run OK. These are about 3 times the peg to hook distance and these outer motors seem to contribute a significant amount of thrust driving 6 inch props. Inner props are 7 inch with a loop of 3/16 inch rubber in each boom.
@canals22, Hi George, if you type "Mike's Free Flight" into Google you'll find Mike Stuart's personal website, ***.ffscale.co.uk. You can see plenty of pictures of this model and many others that Mike and other accomplished modellers have built, plus some free to download plans and some very useful and fully illustrated advice sections. One of the best free flight resources on the net!

how did you install the 4 rubber motors? 2 would have been in the booms, the other 2 ?
Great model well filmed, thanks

Very nice, an ispiration ! Exellent trim.
Where can I get info on tips for multi engine rubber ?
I got plans for a Stirling and a Lancaster, but no "multi engine experience"
I would like to see close ups of this aircraft.
I really enjoyed this, keep posting.
