@Herbalic0us The Restrict Relativity between Energy, Mass and c2, must be valid especially in the reality which states 1 kg, through 1 dm^3 of water at 4°C (mass afterwards transferred to a champion in Platinum Hiridion).

Where Energy is = the atomic weight, 2+16=18 is the Energy of the water molecule. Since it is referred to the 2 units of the H (=1 aw), 18/2 is 9 Energies (in aw) every 1 aw.

So 18 aw / 2 aw = 9/1 a pure ratio, that existing in 1+9=10 unitary cycle of ALSO tha mass unit.

The ratio E/m (= c2) is not depending on our decision to fix the unitary mass by the water! We'd can take other molecule and the ratio of c2 should have had the same proportion...

@yongbyr It is so because in the water, which join togheter 2 atoms, one of them has 1 atomic weight of mass, exactly. So its unit is the exact term of reference where the time is binary one (positive and negative in its movement) and we have 2 atoms of Hydrogen, with one alone of Oxigen whose atomic wheight 16 is representative of 4^2 (the exact surface of the space-time reality).

So, in the water, the REALITY, in its binary time, is 16+2=18, as the exact 10+10 -2 of the full movement of area

If the water was used as champion of the mass, to fix the kg, the dinamic energy existent in the water must be ruled by the c2 = E/m.

It is simplest to value the E of H2O its general atomic weight (of the molecule) 18 as the quantity as of mass, as of energy. Since 1 atomic weight is of a Hydrogen atom, and there are 2, I think that it is true one: 18/2 = 9/1 is the ratio E/(1 a.w).

Truly if the water's molecule is establishing the kg mass, the "general relativity" must respect the E/m relation existing in the H2O.

Since c2 = E/m, the c2 ratio cannot be another.
