This proves that not all raccoons are savage monsters. Some of them are actually quite gentle. Of course I wouldn't recomend them as pets unless you know how to handle them carefully like this guy does.
My mother had a coon at one point. Her name was sukii and she was all cute and nice her first year and afterwords she was nothing but trouble. They are into everything all the time..you have to lock your fridge and keep values up..they are fun but take a lot of attention.

wow, i saw a baby coon in my backyard years ago that was injured and stranded by its parents, i wanted to keep it sooo bad but i had to call animal control. she told me that coons and skunks make excellent pets, of course you have to take the skunk gland out first.
He's gorgeous you guys. I guess I'm a sissy. My arms would never survive that kind of wrestling with Bandit! He gets TOO ROUGH! I only intentionally wrestle him with gloves on. Boomer is a really pretty gray and white and Bandit is more rust and brown. I've often wondered if there are different varieties of raccoons... I've seen albinos and blacks but I've always considered them anomalies.
