  • Neat!

  • correction all those can supercool

  • sodium hyposulphite

    sodium acetate

    sulfur

    sodium citrate

    ammonium nitrate

    sodium nitrate

all those can form crystals fast

  • sodium acetate stubid!

  • at first i was like dude wy r u showing me a cup

  • lol, thats kinda got ice. i remember i watched another vid about growing crystals elapse timing and some guy commented that in was nitric acid plus lemon juice XD

  • its hot ice not crystals smart guy

  • Its hot ice

  • jizz in my pants

  • ok, can u do diamond now?

  • Can you snort it?

  • where do you buy crystal seeds?

  • that is not salt its hot ice its freesing so fast in water

  • @br1ngm3pa1n Not hot ice, one of the top comments explains that. Hot Ice is sodium acetate, which this is not

  • what happens when u stick ur finger in the glass , while it just started to grow?

  • lol loox like marijuana

  • @gilosan100 i agree

  • Its Tiberium. Gwd..

  • Is hyposulohite that typical compound in crystal growing kits. I always thought it was quartz SiO2

  • what are u putting in??

  • you wouldnt get the same reaction with sodium thiosulfate would you?

  • it doesn't crystalize, it just cools down water very fast

  • wat is that thing u add to the water?

  • @raycui123 He added a crystal.

  • touch it

  • hey i know a better way but slower.

First u wanna get 2 plastic cups(see through and clear)label em Salt and Sugar fill it up wit HOT water get a paper clip, craft stick, and a peace of string then you wanna add Salt to the Salt cup and Sugar to the sugar cup STIR WELL after that add any kind of food coloring to it (MIXING IS FINE) tie string to paper clip then tie string to craft stick make the paper clip hang in the hot water(add how water to half cup)(It will glow Slowly (NOT IN ONE DAY))

  • thats called dry ice look it up

  • No it's called hot ice.

  • @0Beautifulbrutality0 *throws tomato at you*

  • @0Beautifulbrutality0 thats just what people call it "hot ice" its actually sodium acetate

  • @TheRonnieCool i no write that shit is stuped

  • Yeah thats not crystals growing thats just pure still frozen water freezing when you add an impurity.

  • no it's sulfate

  • Im pretty sure that is SODIUMBIOCARBONATE

  • how did you get it to do that?????

  • those arent crystals... they are hot ice..

  • @photastegood It goes through the process of crystallization, so it is a crystal. Just like Ice is a water crystal.

  • sodium acetate

  • this is that warm ice stuff, its crazy!

  • put it in your mouth

  • We made fake snow in third grade!

  • Where did you get that?

  • we did that in school but watched it under a telescope.

    it was awesome.

  • you mean microscope

  • lol emagine that

  • what is white that white thing

    i want know

  • Lol. That was just sodium acetate turned into hot ice although I didn't see him touch it...

  • It's most likely sodium acetate. Quite easy to make, actually.

  • where can i get that stuff?crystal stuff?

  • its just "hot ice"...

  • this is just hot ice

  • how??

  • what is that white stuff?

  • its like pocket hand wormer lol

  • this should be under "youtube poop"

  • how

  • lol like superman returns the crystal island growing think lol

  • we did this in science

  • i can make crystals from cocain and baking soda :)

  • that looked like ice

  • this is true it happened to me but i ran out real fast and that clown killed my parents now im in a foster!!!1*cries*

  • Where can you get hyposulphite, and how much?

  • llol

  • It's not sodium acetate lol

it's sodium hyposulphite Na2S2O3 without water!

It's liquid made of melted crystals, and cooled.

@sifun095 You could add some acid to show that sulphur will appear:

    S2O3^2- + 2H^+ ---->H2O + SO2 + S

  • WTF

  • fantastic camera work.

  • supercooling

hate 2 b one of those ignorant people that only use one word in thier comment but it's super cooling.

  • Wrong it is a super saturated solution he added a seed crystal of sodium acetate (that is what was in the container) and it solidified instantly

  • that is called supercooling... go search it up on youtube... sodium acetate + water= supercooling or you can call it instant ice...

  • sodium acetate + water= supersaturated solution not super cool water.

Unopened water bottle+freezer for an hour= super cooled water.

  • why did you put this vid it looks retarded like the way you made it

  • these look retarded

  • Naw naw, thats hot ice.

  • i heard of dry ice not hot ice thogh lol

  • dude its just ice cause i made a statue and melted

  • what did you use to make the crystals

  • stop wining idiot because they are beutifull duu
