  • @JWAR134 Nah mate, parkour is for everyone of any age, its for everyone to use and to make themselves better as person :D

  • seems a bit too orginized for me

  • doesnt matter what are your goals, just train as hell and become stronger, so you can become someone better....

  • Rendezvous are just one time every year, the next will be next year! they have a website for more information.

I don't think that there is a age requirement.

  • thats unbelievable. I wish that was an every day occurrence in St. Paul haha wow! so much fun!

  • when is the new vieo coming out

    :S

  • These teachers of parkour ofreceis great there helps already I like that in my city also they were teaching this way follow luck like that

  • that day looked fun 5*****

  • different people have different goals. Plz learn to accept that.

  • I totally agree! I'm so new at PK that I can't even jump half that width yet. So I totally respect that he was able to overcome his fear and make it.

  • @Kirilltraceur

You mean other than world domination?

Wait... I don't understand... could you run that by me again?

    jk.

  • when i went i thought it would be kinda boring, then when i came out every muscle in my body was hurting, even the ones i never really strained, so it made me realise that i done no proper strengthening for a while. so since that rendezvous i have been training really hard and now i have improved so much, so thanks PKGen, for making me wake up and realise that if i want to get better it is ot going to happen by itself, now i am at a proud stage in my development of parkour :)

  • hey mason, howd you get there?

  • i got there with my friend and stayed the night round his dads house in london for the two days, we got the train there and back :)

  • did you have to pay to attend? if so, how much was it and how could I sign up to the next one XD

  • look...im architecture student...i like parkour...i wanna know where you train...on this video...

thank you...and i really like parkour...

  • im guessing you live in the UK, i wish i lived there in london i live in a small town in Canada with not very good or complex architecture like London so i am unable to have more challenge

  • feel your pain shaner, sucks to not have big buildings, or obstacles...or if your just to shy cause of the way peeps look atcha O.o

  • yes exactly how i feel, everything you said

  • wow this vid gave me ideas where to train

  • 2:05 very high chance of slipping and getting hurt badly

  • :) don't slip then my friend.. that's the point of training in the wet, you have to focus a lot more

  • iam sorry i dont really get parkour i mean like what u meant to do just jump over some benches n ur done?? =/

  • parkour is the activity of moving from point A to point B using the quickest and smoothest route, adjusting and utilizing the environment to accomplish the task. Sometimes called 'free running' (although the two are slightly different)

  • I couldn't have said it better myself.

  • this is just a video of people training for parkour.

Doing basic jumps, exercises, and this is kind of a workshop,so they don't do big jumps, and stuff like that...

  • parkour is a style of movement its letting you get off the wrtten pathways and take your own route and to get you from point A to point B as quickly and smoothly as possible and its also fun

  • krydom, parkour, in definition, means

"get from point A to point B fast as you can"

its similar to free running, but basically, run like hell, jump over everything and get to where you need to get.

  • these guys need to come to pittsburgh, PA! Imagine all the possibilities!!

  • you need to come to sc myrtle beach were trying as hard as we can to do things the right way

  • it always rains in scotland i fucking hate it i live in greenock just out of glasgow

  • smooth seas do not make for skillful sailors :)

  • wow

  • hey hey donde puedo tomar esas clases pero en mexico

  • when are u guys coming to kansas

    or california???

  • seriously! they need to come to kansas

  • This is what its about. Any gathering should be a GATHERING not a competition, competition is not a part of Parkour

  • bah, i need to get myself down to some of these but im all the way up north and cant get there

  • hahaha @ 1:31 serika xD

  • guys i will cry

lol i wish i was there with you

    but hop one day

  • So did the cops go around with the groups so no one got in trouble?

  • at 3 42 daniel illabaca

  • one of the best days of training ive ever had!

  • ci un bonne video bonne chance les amis

  • i don't think so. i live in a little city full of shitty stuck-up people:(

but maybe i'll try to train on my own for a while and maybe someone will join me:)

  • i tried for a couple of months, but the guys i used to go with always did some kind of competition i wasn't good enough for, so i injured and then never started again after recovering..

  • They are kings of PK !! I love Parkour! ♥♥♥

  • i wanna be a traceur :(

  • Very, very good video of a very, very good thing.

Hope I can join one Rondezvous soon =)

    5 stars!

  • i love it :D

  • It warms my heart to see the respect and brotherhood that comes along with training Parour. Everyone who went is incredibly fortunate. PKGen is amazing, I have the upmost for you guys.

  • If it aint rainin' you aint trainin.

  • i want to try this soooooooo badly

    but im scared lol

  • when balancing on the rail you dont have to think that you can do the whole rail because it will kinda distracts your balance cosentration.

The training they did were endurance (especially the one on the wall where they have to stay there for 20 mins was it?). Endurance can get you going for a lot of time when doing parkour/free running

  • when i was doing some stuff with pk gen before they said to ignore the fact its a rail just walk liek you normaly would as its all in your head and it works well.

  • yeah, thats what people told me too when i was doing it in the town i live

  • Oh man that is cool!

  • Nice job Julie!

  • What were they doing at 4:40?

  • getting rid of constipation

  • I think their conditioning their quads, like for example if you balance on a rail for long durations you'll feel tired there, as crouching also requires strength from the knee.

  • Huh, no idea you can condition that way too. They should just do horse stances. Probably hurt a lot more then that.

  • it was a mental trainning!

"try to hold the position as long as possible! forget the pain and get stronger mentally"

    that was hard!

  • Holding any type - position for 25 mins is going to be hard.

And yes, as yaogog said 'it was a mental training' in which to push and control your pain barriers, also being able to admit when you had cheated and moved etc..

Great exercise, yet so painful - Epic weekend :D

  • You train.

You train untill your muscles burn and your veins pump battery acid.

And then you train some more.

  • @PoptartPaintball333 What quote is that? I forgot..

  • wow,so many ppl

  • Me ha parecido ver a uno con la camiseta de parkour españa en el minuto 2:34 ?

  • hay tres, minuto 10:16 !!!

  • tres no, somos 7 españoles seguidos jajajaja

bueno con camiseta de parkour españa tres U.U

  • i love it.

  • Awesome...=)

  • I was'nt taking part in this but i remember seeing this when i was at southbank training with friends its good to see so many people taking an intrest in Parkour and i hope people keep at it good vid 5/5

  • Hope i can joyn something like this!

  • i wish i could do that

  • this is awesome! great to see girls training there too. i'd love to be this fit (in body and mind) one day.

hehe were those cops looking all confused (but friendly)?

  • How fun, man!

  • inspiring video, trust me , rain isnt a reason to cancel the training, is a reason to make it.

  • I hope you stayed nice and dry asid ;)

  • Great video

  • Go Glasgow Parkour! Rrripping it up in London!!!

  • I am want this is too

  • Haha, I was playing spot the weegie all the way through that! Looks like an amazing day and I'm gutted I missed it. Thanks for the video.

  • Then you may have spotted 6 of us Nina.

    Great memories

    Great footage

    Great friends!

    Zeno

  • Great video! Thanks a lot =)

  • next rdv is in summer? if its in my holiday im coming!

  • Yep there'll be a summer rendezvous in London :)

  • im not gong if its going to be sunny.

  • Its B!! haha in my t-shirt, class!

  • You are incredibly talented! Seriously, I loved every minute of the video. Beautifull edited, music fit perfectly, you captured the atmosphere and portrayed so much of the day. You should definitely be proud of your skills!

Also training in the rain should be encouraged...training stupid in the rain IS actively discouraged. The difference is huge.

  • I never train in the rain, too young to die.

  • Really cool video guys!

Such a good weekend, one I wont forget, that's for sure!

    Sam

  • i still dont think they should encourage people to train in the rain! some1 is gonna get badly hurt! just my opinion! x

  • In Ireland it rains most of the time, people get hurt if they're careless. It's good they're helping people train in the rain, cause in Ireland people have to most of the time. And no one that I know of has gotten badly hurt from parkour, even in the rain.

  • Nice!

  • wow

  • Great video. It was a really good weekend, thanks to everyone who made it what it was... especially the Gens guys for setting it all up and leading the two days.

The spirit is really alive. :)

  • the best experience of my life :)

  • Greatness.

  • great video ! I really enjoyed it. loved the part where the kid didnt have courage to do the gap and you guys cheered him up and he made it! :)

  • sick luved ever part

  • i hate training in the rain its really hard becuse you think your going to slip but when you dont think you are most of the time you do :(

  • Good stuff.. :D ... Gutted i couldn't be there. Loves!

  • wow...
