  • Added a link to an article titled "Dare To Inquire: Demarginalizing General Semantics" (2003, Bruce Kodish). Illuminating, significant stuff in my opinion.

  • How do we get rid of these barriers of nonsense? We are blaming each other for the bad in the world, but what is the source of this madness?

The Arizona immigration law for example is pointing the finger at immigrants for economic problems.

  • @BlackestRose64 You might want to check out the links in the video description. The youtube video with Marshall Rosenberg may be of particular interest to you, regarding the source of all this. I can also recommend checking out the BONUS at the end of the first link to the article by Aldous Huxley. He is quite elaborate with this stuff.

  • @BlackestRose64 All our problems (or at lest 99%) come from money and the current system we live in. check out the zeitgiest movement and the venus project!

  • yes. But once one takes the abstraction the cartoon of reality for reality.......when reality intrudes on our well constructed fictions we crucify it. We have labotomized ourselves and so have our extended institutions laundered aided and abbetted this madness. "The boat is used to get you across the water. Don't carry it on your back once you reach the shore." The business of life is designed to check the discovering and feeling the process of "consciousness of abstracting". When you feel.....

  • This is a pipe. This is good This is evil This is beauty This is ugly This is stupid This is fun This is right This is wrong Where are most of these stuff being spread? Ans: Through Media Who controls the media, controls the world. Because human, as complex as it may seem, are always vulnerable to influence.
  • I'm excited to see what this film can become.

  • everything is P-E-R-F-E-C-T just as it is. pure synchronicity..

  • PERFECT

  • beautiful! thx for the upload

  • Thanks for sending me this annie, brilliant. xx bb55

  • a bowl, a bowl, get me a bowl quick.

  • I would appreciate an explanation. I'm not sure I got what you mean. Do you mean that you didn't like it and felt like vomiting, or what?

  • fair call. yeah, a rather cynical although creative responsive response on my behalf. (to a creative vid).

Yes, nauseating....but I enjoyed the vid. The vid tries to rid the ism's and igions ect ect but ironically brings about an ideology itself to a degree. Hope this reply makes sense!. cheers fellow soul traveler.

  • This was more informative, thanks. :)

And I think you got a point. The video is in fact a piece of propaganda. But I think it's a nice kind of propaganda. Humancipation propaganda, which is a cool thing if you think about it.

So I'm not sure what exactly disturbed you about the "ideology"? Just the thought of it, or its content too?

If you can be more specific about what was nauseating to you I might try to address the issue and improve the effectiveness of my communication in these matters.

  • Personally, I try to avoid being 'painted into a box'. Over the years, I attended many street rallies where people get up and start going on and on about world f-----n peace. Whilst it would be ideal, waffling on about it is most often not, it's a given. My saying "Lets talk about it, closer to the time". Perhaps I am jaded. Cont..

  • You assert that we all are one (disregarding the spiritual). Even on a level of personal cleanliness and healthy lifestyles, some people are perfectly happy with either ends of the scale. I once talked to homeless man who had not washed in 7 years. I felt like vomiting after I left his company. The smell was so intense. My oneness with this fellow was tested. Within the 'oneness' there will always be vast diversity and lessons to be learnt for humans. anyway blah..cheers again.

  • Haha, interesting anecdote.

But you yourself refer to it as diversity within oneness. So what was tested wasnt really the whole oneness itself, but your relationship with it as a human being. All that my film aims at is to remind people about the basic facts in order to maintain a rational relationship with the oneness, the universe, the reality.

This film was aimed more at those allowing themselves to be driven by hostilities sourcing from conceptual structures. -Cont...

  • I doubt that the homeless man was expecting you to fall in love with his smell. He may be content with his place in society and you can be content with your distance from him. As far as I'm concerned, in this context, there is no big problem as long as you two don't end up hating or deliberately hurting each other because of your differences.

And your reaction to the man's smell was probably working for the most part through your biological needs, independent from unrealistic concepts. -Cont...

  • ..Other animals also prefer less smelly environments, I guess... and many plants prefer sunshine. Obviously I'm not suggesting anyone to eat crap or stab themselves just so they can feel the oneness with the universe more intensely. Such interactions with physical matter aren't healthy for humans, they're in conflict with our vitality. As long as you can walk away from the source of the unhealthy smell without feeling any real contempt for the source, youre on safe ground, I think.

  • Re: "Lets talk about it, closer to the time": Does that mean that its too early, that were too far away from that ideal future, and that therefore it makes little sense to start talking about such idealistic stuff when the world is so extremely messy? Or does it mean something else?

If it means what I tried to describe above. I somewhat agree. But I consider this film more as a tool for education with real substance, rather than just political activism based on unrealistic wishful thinking.

  • Your film is highly idealistic. It is a clever presentation. There is a place for this. Don't mind jaded sorts like me who are over the message. My quote "Lets talk...." refers to what you have guessed pretty much. I look forward to seeing your future works. kind regards, halfasheep.

  • Actually the film was going to have a much more pessimistic, skeptical ending, without the bright promise at the end, because I'm highly skeptical about our future myself.

But then I decided that a positive message is more likely to motivate/inspire people to act on the information, which is the priority of this action-oriented film.

Google "Utopia is notoriously unreachable as a destination, but equally notorious for inspiring incredible voyages" and "optimism of the will". That's my defense.

  • Talking heads lyrics 'Heaven, heaven is a place, a place where nothing, nothing ever happens' My best friend alleges he got it on with David Byrne's then girlfriend back in the day height of the Mudd Club, C.B.G.B. days.

  • I don't believe in places where nothing ever happens. So I'm not afraid of any imaginary "nothing". Sometimes it might take some effort to realize and enjoy what happens, but as long as it's a real place then something must be happening. And from an objective perspective that something isn't really any less miraculous than all the things that ever happened. Sure you can manage to get bored in "heaven", or "hell" too, but only if you lack awareness of what's going on, or lose your curiosity imo..
