Absolutely disgusting behavior allowable by a disgusting law. So in this case, your money is guilty until you prove it innocent. How has this not been taken to the supreme court and struck down? Heck, even the state supreme court should see that this is the beginning of a perfectly legitimate slippery slope argument about police behavior motivated by the wrong incentives.
