@IPwnAllAndLeaveNone he means 2 Look OLL...not full OLL. (It is also know as beginner OLL)

If you don't know how to solve a cube, or you don't know the terminology he uses, please learn about it somewhere else. Even though it is a beginner video, it is intended for people beginning with ONE HANDED solving, not beginning with solving the cube. You should already be able to do that.
