Sunrise is broadcast on Channel Seven
"Prime" is an afffitiate shows in regional areas for example, you'd receive Seven In SYdney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Then in regional NSW you'd receive Prime.
Prime has local advertising, news ect based on the area.
So the capturer of this video must have lived in regional NSW or Victoria because in other regional areas of the country, the local station for Seven would be "GWN" or "Southern Cross".
