  • I've had pimples like the lady since I was 14. Now I'm 19. My back has suffered from acne for 3 years. I think I eat lots of veggie and drink enough water, but I dont know why my skin doesnt get better. it gets worse during my period. acne is my terrible nightmare. what should i do?

  • oh man I wanted to see the one down the bottom on her jaw!! part 2?

  • my acne comes from hormonal changes so I break out like crazy during my period. Even with proper medication and treatment I usually get 1 large zit per period. I do extractions on myself on a daily basis. It does not hurt when you know your own skin. although I find it only 50/50 to be helpful in preventing acne, I find it valuable to remove large dried comedos, which if not removed becomes a permanent brown mark.

  • does this work on forheads?

  • @waterskipper32 yes-- this treatment can be done anywhere on the body.

  • I love the dermotologists. She educates her patients and she is very gentle with the process of working with acne. I enjoyed this video.

  • @mysterymelody Thank you! :)

  • Dilf

  • squeezy balls? no thanks im a boss

  • why am i so interested in this shit wtf its so nasty but i cant help watch these videos ???

  • all these thumbnails onna right side look so damn weird =( but i swear in the end i will have looked all o them >.<

  • Is it true that tanning beds help with oily skin?

  • @umbrellaman75 NO! Tanning thickens the skin, making it harder for the pores to exfoliate and cleanse themselves. (Not to mention all of the other skin damage that the tanning beds are doing to your skin...)

  • how much does and isolaz procedure cost?

  • Well, thank you anyway. I'll keep looking for help for my brother. Thanks again for the response.

  • Why isn't "I'm in the weird part of youtube again" the top comment?

  • Before I saw this vid, I thought dermotologist were rip-offs. After listening to your explanations of why pple should seek professional medical advice regarding skin issues, has changed my views.

Thank you for being so informative....

  • Nice and easy... nice work doc!!

  • daaaamn :S

  • This really helpt me with my exams!

  • Sqweezy balls ha lol

  • I had terrible acne as a teenager. It really messed with my social life, although now, at 24 the acne is basically all gone. Watching this is really interesting but for anyone else with bad acne, just don't let it get you down. Most likely it will all go away when you are older.

  • @nimocolors I just turned 28 and still have acne. It seems like it will never go away...

  • weird part of youtube

  • I have a lot of blackheads that are smooth when I run a finger over the skin and I've gone to spas for extractions but these blackheads are never removed, is there any way to get rid of them? if i were to get a professional extraction would all of my pores be cleared?

  • @heidishoshana An Isolaz treatment would definitely help you clean those pores!

  • @cosmoskincare where would you get/do that?

  • @CryDuVall Hi! If you go to the Isolaz website, you can search all of the providers who are located close to where you live.

  • how do you treat the skin after performing this procedure? does the patient wash her face? do you use a special ointment or cleanser?

  • @brunette5588 After the treatment is complete, we wash the patient's face and make sure everything is clean, and then depending on the time of day-- we apply sunscreen. (If the patient experiences a lot of redness or swelling, we may also apply SkinCeuticals PhytoCorrective Gel to soothe the skin.)

  • God I love this part of youtube! =)

  • how is her skin now im hoping doing even better than it is now?

  • @sexybity ikr. It makes it worse ive done it myself and made it 100x worse

  • How do you cure acne scars?

  • @MrDaratum The best way that we know to remove acne scars is through another laser procedure called Fraxel. It causes the formation of new, healthy skin, to replace the damaged, scarred areas.

  • "and shes got some nice little pimples" LOL that made my day

  • Ughhh, to think of all the years I spent popping my own pimples. My scarring is not bad, considering I couldn't leave anything alone and would butcher my skin. Watching these videos gives me the satisfaction I used to get from popping my own pimples without any of the damage! I love this part of YouTube anyway, but these videos are excellent because this woman actually knows what she's doing :)

  • I can't avoid that Beavis and Butthead feeling while watching this video when I'm rooting for the doctor to go after the big ones!!!

  • arggg just got on the weird part of the facebook again..

  • @lady19954 facebook? yea i know what u mean haha

  • @lady19954 ...facebook?

  • @lady19954 ....facebook....? do you mean youtube?

  • Thank you for these! With all the crappy zit popping videos out there, it's nice to find some that show a professional. It's satisfying and educational! Nice quality camera work as well. :0)

  • I need some of these tools

  • Mad pop zitting tools!!!

  • dermatologists are an interesting breed. a very masochistic sense of humor. i love that.

  • Where can i get one of those tool thingys?

  • @MrGmanFreeman ebay:)

  • does this procedure leave scars?

  • @TheLagendex No way!! We do this to promote faster healing-- without the risk of any scarring!

  • @cosmoskincare wouldn't it be better with some kind of a vacuum machine i think ive seen those

    somewhere on you tube

  • @TheLagendex it doesn't leave scars that's why people go and get this done professionally. if you were to try and pop your zits at home with your hands chances are it might leave a few scars.

  • Aren't you not supposed to pop any pimples on your face?

  • @rminitials The average person should NOT try and pop anything on their face because of the risk for scarring. However, it is safe to have done by professionals.

  • @cosmoskincare

Interesting. I never knew that. I was under the impression that when you have a pimple, you should just let it be. Thanks for the response.

  • @cosmoskincare besides scars, is there anything else bad about it?

  • @obsidialord Bad about what... popping pimples? The big fears that we want to avoid are infection and scarring.

  • Smorgashbord?! You dont mix food terms with popping pimples....ughh -.-

  • What am I doing here?

  • looks like a fun job

  • cant belive im drinking cold cafe while watching this

  • I actually learned something today.

  • i'm happy i only get one or two zits at a time.

  • Congratulations, this is a good video about acne's treatments...Nice job!!!

  • What degree do you have and how do I get this job?

  • the doc is hot

  • i need to get 1 of these

  • acne sucks! :(

  • damn this doc is hot

  • @scpjordann YES!!!!! I said the same damn thang!

  • She is actually talking in a war/combat dialect "much more isolated as an independant legion" Yes sir!

  • Where do I sign up for this job?

  • I often end up picking at my skin when I'm stressed. Apparently watching someone else pop zits calms me down too lol

  • the camera man is a lucky dude having this job

  • I wanna know how much the person who invented that tool gets paid in royalties...

  • 7:00 you can hear the camera-person gasping.

  • i was watching a sushi video and for some reason youtube recommended this video..i actually enjoyed it ..i am going to wash my face all the time now : /

  • doesnt this scar them?

  • would you like squeezy balls?

  • I'm at the weird part of Youtube again...

  • I know some of the vids get sick but they look like so much fun

  • I gained a pimple from this,

  • am i the only one who was waiting and waiting for the big dark one in the middle to get popped? O.o

  • feel so blessed I dont have to go through this ):

  • What do you suggest for blackhead removal and the reduction of pores?\

  • @xeiroe Fraxel laser treatments are awesome for accomplishing both of those things.

  • @cosmoskincare

Thanks for the reply...but are there any over-the-counter treatments for those that have bad pores skin and can't afford some costly treatment? There are many products out there what say they reduce pores but do any of them really work? Please help me, I have good skin but a beloved member of my family sees their large pores as nothing less than hideous and they are making their life, and mine, miserable.

  • @xeiroe Hi, I'm sorry but I do not know of any over-the-counter products that exist yet, where real change actually occurs to the pore size.

  • professional pimple popper, who doesnt wanna do this?

  • damn.. that network sucks!

  • DAM, ACne you scarey.

  • Squeezy balls LOL!!!!!

  • Iam so happy I have clear skin

  • Fascinating. Disgusting but fascinating.

  • This stuff is absolutely fascinating to watch. What makes it even better is the fact that the lady really knows what she's doing and she explains things very well. Really professional.

  • my acne has gotten alot better since i was younger but me being 20 now and going to jobs and interviews and being around much older people make sme feel uncomftorable having acne. i use oxy a new product and it doesnt seem to work what would you recomend to help getting rid of acne

  • I watched this video to the end because I wanted to see the big pimple explode...!

  • What do you have her put on her skin at home? Glycolic acid? Cleocin-T?

  • @Wivanunu She is using a glycolic/salicylic acid facewash morning and night, a noncomedogenic moisturizer as needed, SPF 50, and a 10% Benzoyl Peroxide gel at night.

  • Comment removed

  • your really pretty :)

  • what is the facial called...if we wanna get one?

  • Looks like the Doc. knows what shes doing. I find pimples fascinating for some reason.

  • @cosmoskincare you are doing a phenomenal job for people with acne. thank you so much for being professional and educated. you go way beyond simply 'popping pimples' and care 100% about the patient. thank you.

  • @AllBusiness14701 Thank you!! :)

  • I had cyctic acne bump on chin for along time, while at chucky cheese, My Cyst got hit from a Basketball while the kids were playin (on the CYST) it was throbbing bad. I went home 2hours, and applied a bit pressure and it exploded ! Didnt even scar bad. I think the basketballs force rushed the blood/cyst to the surface.
