This (childlike learning, right next to playing an instrument & growing up in a multilingual environment) is a *great* way of 1) increasing your child's interest in all kinds of things, 2) help your child "learn to learn" & understand to never stop learning & 3) it's also a much better way to spend time with the child than many other people do (or don't do at all).

My son was 2 and was reciting the alphabet. That’s not all, for some weird reason he would look at cars passing by and he would tell you the make and model of that car. People would freak out when they would ask him to tell them the make and model of the next car passing by. He never missed! He is now 17 plays cello with multiple youth orchestras and has a GPA 3.98 all throughout Jr. HS and HS-he has always been an honor student.
