I know nothing about poles or pole dancing. You can just tell it's not a spinning pole because if it were, the light reflection near the top would be moving when she spun as well, similar to how it moves when the pole bends. The light reflection off of it doesn't flicker or suggest the pole is spinning when she does spins.
