@kapiwielki I would tend to agree, Golota 8 some big punches in this fight & did you see Golota face @ the end. It was a bloody mess. Someone told me that Golota's jaw was broke in this fight. Bowe, it upsets me to see this guy get beat so badly. His corner should be ashamed of themselves for letting the fight continue. Yes Bowe, you can get the win but in the interim u will take a beating that will do psychologically damage u &ruin your life. I hope losing Judy and your kids were worth it.

@sinusbradycardia You are correct 100% - the ref should also be ashamed as waiting out Golota to foul himself out cost Bowe so much personally, mentally, physically, etc. Bowe had such heart and courage but the corner and ref has even more of a duty then to protect him from his own courage. Sad that his life crashed before 30 and this final Golota beating led directly to it. I think Golota's mandible was broken (not sure how different that is from a jaw) and he showed heart in this fight too.

2.55 - walka powinna być definitywnie skończona.. Kurwa, Bowe gibał się jak trampolina a ten bambus (czyt. sędzia) nie raczył z tym nic zrobić.. Those last two punches in the round were brutal. I'd normally say Bowe was lucky to be saved by the bell here, but that just prolonged the beating he took that night. Bowe's corner shouldn't have let him come out for the 6th...or the 7th, 8th, or 9th.

Cotton was probably picked for this fight because after the first Bowe-Golota bout, they felt that they needed some big guy in there in case something crazy happens again. The quality of the refereeing in this fight was, however, quite poor like the Tyson-Lewis fight, and Cotton was probably picked to ref that fight for the same reason.
