I thought change: 31 IF Y=0 THEN GOTO 33 32 PRINT " ";:GOTO 40 33 PRINT "-";:GOTO 40 without testing I cannot guarentee that Y might ever exactly equal zero so: 7 H=INT(R/2) 31 IF H=0 THEN GOTO 33 32 PRINT " ";:GOTO 40 33 PRINT "-";:GOTO 40 41 H=H-1 could equally use ABS(SIN(X)) < T to check for the zero(ish) bar but the floating point math isnt worth the speed penalty.
Is that a VT100 Terminal connected to a serial port? If you used a video card that outputs to composite, are there then serial keyboards that you can connect?
@rhall4th you can actually buy a altair680 kit from briel computers now. google briel computer and u find a nice kit. affordable. pretty much the same. just in mini format but with all the led's etc.
wow all that just for making that line.....Im sure this computer didnt even connect to BBS let alone intertnet!! (of course home net wasnt around then but if you tried to hook it up today there is no way it can)
@KCNTV sadly macs are over priced pieces of junk. the only reason people even buy them is because it says Apple on it and everyone knows that if a new apple product comes out all the preppy little kids need to get there hands on it. When I could build my own windows machine for 3k and it would be better than the 20k over clocked mac. Just sayin
It means that it can run in a machine with 4kb of ram. The size of the executable i think is a about 3 kb, there is not much space left. If you have more memory you can type longer programs. There was also a 8kb version with more functions
And with those machines, your intelect is the limit. What you can do? how you far can go? push it beyond the limits is the real challenge, not wasting time playing marketing operations.
Can you connect more than one terminal to these machines? And can you connect the VT100? We have a zillion of those at work so borrowing one isn't that hard.
I got my first computer at 4, and it was a hand me down MAC performa lol! I junked it for a COCO III a few months ago. I want an IMSAI with a terminal
Wanker... If you were a serious gamer you would appreciate he beauty of this machine... perhaps you think computes are just toys for playing... I remember having massive fun with a commodore 64, with no games loaded..

This video makes me want to get an IMSAI 8080 so badly! There are a couple of them listed on eBay, but they're listed for $2,000-$3,000. :(
By the way, does that machine have 16K memory?
