Awesome video! If you could, please answer a few questions for me. I live on the west coast and we don't have anything like this. How deep is the water where they are going fast? How deep is the water in the spot where the fastest ones (unlimited class?) were getting bogged down? How fast do they go in the shallows? How much power are the fastests one making and what fuel are they running? Thanks a bunch. Again, loved the video!
@ldmcnutt Thanks for watching...my son and I had a great time at the race, but unfortunately my depth of knowledge of the race is limited. Hopefully some of our more knowledgeable viewers will jump in to give us all the details you asked for. Thank you again for watching!!!
who on earth came up with this? not that the machines aren't at all impressive, but I have a feeling the guy who came up with this had something to do with lawnmower racing.
Man all I can say is, thank you. Swamp buggie racing has always been somthing I wished we had here in the northwest. I can't ever find it on TV any more saddly. Thank god for the internet!!!!
Wow, the "new" mile of mud looks a lot like the old track, Brings back many memories! But I'll bet you won't see beer cans floating out of the buggy if it turns over!
Can someone tell me when you race in October this year...we want to plan on a visit when the races take place there in Naples, we have friends that we want to surprise!
Ha Ha.... at 1:45 - "Rides $5" sign next to the swamp queen - not a bad deal.... I'll have two thanks!

Damn, brings back great memories when I lived in South Florida. I saw my first race in 1990 and those buggies haven't changed a bit.
