  • LMFAO@the woman pulling you in hahaha

  • ppl are so rude! but you handled it well

  • lol you driving?

  • the mall flat irons: the absolute worst.....can you imagine anyone wanting to have a chunk of their hair flatironed? If I wanted it straight: I would've straightened it before I left home ....what's wrong with those folks? LOL

  • She rooted you? Girl NO! Honey....NO! Your hair is very big...I LOVE IT!

  • Girl you are just too nice to people.

  • people are really ignorant

  • the asian guy story was really funny.lol. i could just imagine

  • "GURL NAW!" jesus....

  • Wow! I am just now getting caught up on all your videos! Sooo funny!! You hair is beautiful!

  • HOW RUDE! Its sad that becuz for so many years people including myself always thought that only mixed biracial caucasion etc were the only ones that could grow LONG HEALTHY and BEAUTYFUL hair... I am SOO glad I got a check-up from neck up! lol maybe one day the rest of the world will too! lol #lovingMYnaPturaljourney

  • lol i have had similar incidents and my hair is only arm pit length, and it shrinks up to like chin length. People always ask me if its real especially when i do braid outs. When i wear it "naked" people ask me what i have in it, like a chemical, and its not "Good Hair" so wtf! I had other naturals ask me as well, its crazy, and black men they always think its a wig or some thing, gosh I'm trying t get waist length so i guess i have more foolishness to look forward to lol, loved this vid.

  • This is so funny... and so true... I used to get situations like this before I even went natural, with my relaxed hair... I've been natural for going on 2 years now and I've noticed that those situations are coming back. The funny thing is that my hair isn't that long yet, not as long as it was before I went natural but it's really thick now. Anyway, Chime your hair is beautiful and you are my inspiration on those days when I wanna just perm my hair. Thanks!

    -NishaMarquise

  • @NishaMarquise I can def feel what ur saying. Before I went natural people would have debates behind me in lines at stores of whether my hair is real. I also have been going natural for a little over 2 yrs. I get comments now that I have a lot of hair! LOL! God Bless you on your journey and that goes to Chime too! :)

  • No really, that's yo hair?!?! hahaha these stories were so funny!!!!!!

  • I loved the stories

  • Yes girl I had that experience just last week. I was at work and was shopping on the clock lol trying to find something to drink and a group of women approached me and said that my hair was pretty I said thank u and proceeded to do what I was doing and they asked did I flat iron my hair which it was already blowed out but not pressed I replied yes and then they complimented it again then one of the other ladies asked me was it my hair and I was like yea she asked me like 3 times while I was ans

  • LOL GIVE THEM UR YOUTUBE CHANNEL URL!

  • She was "Weave Checking" ya. lol!! That's so disrespectful.

  • lmao @finger nails in the scalp!!!! lol guys do that too all the time by checking the back of your neck

  • Today while i was in church , this lady sitting behind me discretely point her finger through my hair , touchin my scalp as a matter of fact nd try to play it off by hoppin up nd clappin her hands . i turned back nd gave her a dirty look nd she pretended as if she didnt know what she just did , smh people make me sick i wanted to slap her

  • Your story about the Asian guy at the Beauty Supply Store seems so familiar. The guy sounds like my old boss (I worked at a Beauty Supply Store when I was in college) Sean, he's Korean an owns a store in the Mississippi Delta. Sean would always ask ladies with longer hair (even me) if they'd purchased their hair there, lol! He never meant any harm by it though... :D ...P.S. Your hair is absolutely gorgeous!!

  • I had this happen last night. Im 14 months natural and I wore my fro to work yesterday & this african guy was like "Oh? New hair? I like it!" Im like, "Its not new, its my hair." He says "No! Really?? Its not a wig??" Then some other dude told me I didnt look American & that I looked exotic, like a Panamanian. -_- We been working together for 8 months & now all of a sudden, I look foreign? Insinuating that a black American women can't look "exotic"...whatever exotic looks like.

  • LOL I think the word you're looking for to describe the guy is "rough". My friends and I use it to describe people who look older than their age or who have lived that "street life".

  • "like the streets had done him wrong." LMFAO.

  • I'm so tired of these girls who get all offended when people ask if it's your real hair. It's a VALID question because most girls DO wear a weave. I'm glad you don't take immediate offense to it and even mire glad that you can prove them wrong. BUT I do agree that there is a certain point of disrespect when people continue to say things like "Nu uh!!!" or "No it isn't" then you have every right to be offended. Some people be trippin' :-p

  • I enjoyed your stories. Thanks!

  • I really enjoyed your video. My hair isn't as long as yours but I also have stories of being weave checked when I stretch my hair out. My hair is also natural too. Now that I am natural some people feel like they have to touch my hair complete strangers SMH. I love your hair its beautiful I am inspired to keep growing mine out.

  • It's a shame how uneducated people are abt black hair. It's seems when black women have long thick healthy hair people are in dis belief. I have been in similar situations to you, and hon let me tell you it is so annoying when people put their hands in your scalp. Oh I hate it… You are my inspiration I would luv to see how long I can get my hair to grow.

  • Luv ur hair

  • LMAO @ GIIRRRLLLL NAAAHH!......But really HairCrush...*makes serious face without moving lips and whispers* where do you get your hair? Haaaahahahahhahahah funny :)

  • LOL Very amusing. I use to get that a lot when my hair was longer and relaxed. Many of those types that the street did wrong tried to put their hands in my head! Even family members!

Cant wait til my natural hair is healthy and in full swing! :) I guess i should be looking forward to the hands again :S..ugh! Not sure why people think its cool to touch other ppls hair...

  • Lol my hair is no where near as long as yours and people look for tracks in my hair lol . lol at "The streets did him wrong" LMAO I died laughing.

  • GIRL..Im Laughn' my butt Off right now!!!! Great video! Love da term: "Root Me"..... LOL

  • Lol wow I think I probably would have bee offended if someone was all up in my scalp, like if you don't believe me then too damn bad for you! Lol

  • LOL this is so funny. When my hair was longer. a couple of peopl have come up to me and felt for tracks without my permission. LOL. it wasnt funny at the time though. (some people are just rude) some people ask what are you mixed with I would say black and black. LOL But right now Im growing my hair out from heat damage. and it has been hard but im at shoulder lenght now with no damage. so your videos have really helped a lot. very informative.:) Plus you have a sweet personality.

  • People in my gym class were whispering around and spreading rumors about my hair saying it was a weave. I just ignored them. My friend came to me and told me and I just started laughing. It's dumb how everyone thinks black people don't wear their own hair. This other group yelled that I needed a perm when I was talking through the halls of my high school; I almost peed on myself because I laughed so hard. Made my day(:

  • you are unintentionally funny haha

    i love your personality

  • Lol and arghhh! I wish people would educate themselves...but well ur helping them learn. Wish I had as much patience as u with dealing with the comments and rude scalp raping lol. I'd prolly bodyslam em.

  • Lol That's why I'm kinda not wanting to grow my hair out because I don't feel like dealing wih people all up in my head and asking my all those questions. I always wear my hair up in a bun and it's BSL so when I finally do take it out, people assume it's weave. Smh

  • @ilubB5 If more bw had naturally long hair people wouldn't ask those questions, lol. It would be normal to see bw with long hair. Not short hair looking baldhead from time to time. No. I am not saying that every bw should have their hair to their waste but get a decent length of hair and take care of it.

  • Lmao @"he looked like tje streets had done him wrong" aka he looked hood!

  • I can relate. I'm black & have naturally red hair..not sandy brown or anything like that, but red. The #1 question all my life has been 'what color is that in your hair'? Then I always gets the side eye when I respond 'it's natural'. I had a lady root me once too! People I work with kill me thinking that I've been dying my hair all these years. Don't they think they would've seen some black roots by now? People used to ask my mother 'why did you dye your baby's hair?' ...SERIOUSLY?

  • lol so funny! your hair is beautiful...

  • I love hearing these stories!

  • Lol @ this video! I was dying at that part where you talked about the hard faced man. I love your hair. It's absolutely gorgeous :)

  • I probably went back to 4:53 about 13 times lol I was literally crying. This whole video was HILARIOUS. Thank you so much for sharing. I never get the impression that you're showing off or anything, but I love that you always make it a point to indicate that. Looking forward to your upcoming videos! :)

  • LMBO at "like i didnt know u just rooted me"...and "look like the streets had done him wrong" too funny i burst out laughing...Love ur hair

  • DWL!

  • haha this actually made me laugh...and some of the same things thats happen to you has happen to me like 3:42 girls have wanted to "touch" my hair too but ended up rooting me after i tell them its real and 6:40 thats happen to me but it was worse cause my hair was already flat ironed -.- lol, good vid

  • Hey girl. Believe it or not I have had people asked me if I did permed (the type to give u curlys) my hair or if my hair was really naturally curly?!! Lol it's funny because my hair isn't even shoulder length.

  • Where dat hair come from?

Hair Crush, 'I go right to Mama's and Papas DNA special, but they all sold out now'.

    lol

  • "He looked like the streets did him wrong"? LOL!!

  • That scalp thing happened to me once. Funny thing is the person who did it was the imam (Muslim Chaplain) at my university. It's funny that we have similar hair stories but my hair is not as long as yours.

  • @ncg89 Let's just be honest about it. We live in a society where black women are not seen as having long hair and when they do everyone is surprised or just can't believe that the hair is not weave. It is what it is, lol. Maybe when we see more bw with naturally long hair there won't be a shock value or you must be mixed, lol. Long hair for bw needs to become the norm.

  • looool soooo funny

  • I can't wait till mine gets ur length its sitting on my shoulders curly, seems like it will never get any longer :/ any tips? I'm black and Asian.

  • This video was good. I am happy that you did it. The guy with the flat-irons would have gotten called out. Okay so your hair wasn't straight. He didn't need to hold the flat-iron up and click them together. That was just as rude as the guy telling you that your hair was not real. How unprofessional. What is he doing selling flat-irons anyway? Do some man work. Selling flat-irons and acting like a female. Please. Again great video. Stay blessed.

  • You should make videos about hairstyles. And I'm transitioning too, I'm following all your videos. :)

  • Your stories were so funny, I'm tryna keep from laughing so hard!

  • i love your hair so much. i have been telling everybody i talk to about you. lol. cause i'm transitioning and i feel like you are really smart, and you knw what you're talking about and it shows in your hair and the way you speak... and also you are gorgeous ! idk why.. but when i look at you, it seems like you would be the lead girl in a trey songs video or something. lol.its weird i knw. but you're my inspiration. :)

  • Smh lol haha so funny lol

  • Can ppl understand that black hair is beautiful and very thick when it grows out. It's big and full and curly..... All natural...

  • HA!

  • You seem to have a great personnality and your hair looks really pretty.

  • Off topic but do u ever bun your hair?

  • LOL :)

  • Love you hair--I am so jealous. I am multiracial, but I am so pale I am translucent. My hair used to be orange (not kidding) and it was a fro. Basically, I don't have "white girl" hair though it has straightened out over the years.I did have a person pull my hair thinking it was a wig and would come off.

  • Its sad how people are so quick to think black people CAN'T get long hair naturally :-(

  • lol i thought those were funny stories it also proves people (incl our own) have very low expectations of how our hair grows and is

  • Great Video!!! Your hair is simply gorgeous!!

  • i wish a chick would try and stick her finger in my scalp.

  • i can imagine you could write a small book on this lol! its kind of sad that people just cant believe a black woman can have long, thick beautiful hair :( . ive had people not believe my hair wasnt relaxed when its been pressed. ive had someone call me a liar to my face about it too. even now people look at me like im lying about it. very strange lol. you have stunning hair and it is very encouraging and inspiring to me to stay natural. thanks, keep sharing:)

  • ive always had natural hair but i started wearing my hair out and i was at the mall and i wlked past those carts with the flatirons this, Hoe bag decides to preceed to attempt to try to grab my hair with the iron as i walk by and i see her in my perifieral vision and i duck.... Who do u think u r trying to stick tht in my hair??? This three strand twistout took forever! I was seething and if my mom hadnt carried me away tht chick woulda had a flatiron mark on her face.... Her weave was mad sti

  • Funny stories! What's really funny to me is sometimes when I wear my hair ppl think it's a wig. But when I wear a wig ppl think it's my hair LOL

  • Back when I had relaxed hair I used to always put rollers in it so that way I wouldnt be tempted to use flat irons but unfortionately the rollers would leave the mark where the pin was and I would always get rooted like that. people would say "Oh your hair is so pretty" and at the same time they would be rooting me searching for my tracks. Then they would go "oh"... It's yours.... -_-

  • LOL. I like how you're all calm whne these things happen to you. I would be exchanging a few other words with those people

  • LOL @ "the streets had probably did him wrong" wooo that was sooo funny!!!!!! Im to the point where "is that ur hair" is the NORM! and im just collar bone length STRETCHED LOL....

  • Yeah, I can definitely see why those people thought your hair was fake. But, I've never been the one to not believe a black woman's hair isn't real just cause it's real long. Maybe it's because I can tell by the texture from root to the tip of their hair. But, I'm never in disbelief. And, that one guy who was looking rough would have gotten a few words from me cause all that cussin wasn't eve necessary.

  • very funny stories. And I just have short hair still.. I think my hair ir probably 5 or 6 inches long now. I'm approaching my seventh month. But people at my job continue, on a daily basis to pull at or grab my hair and I've also been rooted. It's really annoying and I snapped on a couple people the other day. I might start wearing a sign that says DO NOT TOUCH! super irritating. and they're always like it just looks so soft and pretty.. I just mean mug em and tell look only. lol

  • HILARIOUS!!! I was at the hospital and a nurse said "That hair sho looks good on you!" I was like "Thanks I grew it" she said "That's all your hair!!!" I said "yes" and then we talked for about 5 minutes lol

  • I had a nurse "root" me behind my back when I was interning at a hospital. I was like "I know she didn't just put her hands up in my head while I was typing my note' Then she was like " oh it's all yours, how did you get it like that?". I told her I was born with it, which made her a little mad, but she was all up in my head w/o permission!!! It was actually a braidout from a week long braided style, but c/mon, dude STAY OUT OF MY HAIR!!! I don't know where yo hands have been, LOL!!!

  • Im a guy and i just recently colored a piece of my hair and i have it in twist..and the other day i was walking from my dorm and this black girl that i have seen around school said hey to me. i said hey and we both started walking in the opposite direction. she must have turned around and saw my hair cuz she yelled DID YOU ADD some hair...i look at her in a confused face like NO..she said oh ok nice hair.

  • thanks for sharing your stories. IMO i see why people would ask ...in disbelief--you are kinda on the far end of the spectrum as far as wow-ness factor. But your used to your own hair so maybe its not such a big deal. but i personally havent seen too many ladies with hair as full and long as yours. anywhoo when i see someone with nice hair i just say i like their hair!! not give me the UPC # on the package!! lol

  • HOW did you film this???!!!

  • Do you use these occasions as an opportunity to inform the black women that they can grow out their hair long as well?

  • @artep2122 Yes. I make sure that I tell them that I am nothing special and I make it clear that I am not biracial. Also, that having longer thicker, healthier hair is possible for them as well.

  • girl that is to funny! lol

  • Yeah people can be bold as heck! When my hair was relaxed people would say almost the same things and yeah I hate getting rooted. After they would root my scalp and feel nothing but scalp they would have this stupid dumb look on their face , and say, 'I was feeling for new growth.' WHATEVER!

  • Funny stories!! Your hair is really beautiful and its so sad that people can't just admire your hair without asking if its a weave. I thinks that's so rude.

  • Your hair is beautiful btw! Stay blessed

  • When my hair was growing out from the BC I had a woman on my sons basketball team ask if i had used a straw set on my hair in order to get my curls so tight. After telling her that the curl pattern was indeed my own she gave me the sista "umm huh" sides of mouth pierced up arms folded across her chest. The ride to the basketball game was the longest one ever. Lol! Now that it's almost shoulder length they still don't believe that it's my hair! Lol

  • Ha, ha! Too funny! Loooooove it!

  • LMAO @ this whole video! I can relate! Thanks for sharing Chime!

  • Funnnny! :)

  • You are too nice lol but when my hair gets to that length where people feel the need to ask to touch we will have a problem. I would have told that lady off you don't just go touching people scalp where they do that at ugh lol love your channel

  • loved this! I hope people attach responses with their stories cause i loved this

  • I really need people to stop thinking that black women don't have hair! lol great vid

  • This has happened to me too. You wouldn't ask a woman if her breast were real. Why would you ask if her hair was real? Rude Rude Rude.

  • As soon as you said that woman asked can she touched you hair, I knew where the story was going lol! Thanks so much for sharing!

  • lol, i know there are people who would see you and be like oh, that's a weave, they can't believe that a black woman could have natural hair that is as beautiful as yours...one day i went to target and i had my natural hair in a braidout and this cashier asked me if it was my hair cause she said she is not used to seeing black women with thick hair like mine, and my hair is not even that thick..she had a relaxer and her hair was very thin, so i guess that is what she is used to seeing

  • So hilarious! I love it.

  • Your hair is amazing.

  • The Family Dollar story and the lady that rooted you was TOO funny!

  • Lol, that happened to me a few times

  • I am of Nigerian descent, both parents born and raised in Nigeria with my grandparents who are pure Nigerian, who's parents were pure Nigerian, etc. etc. I have a looser curl pattern than most West Africans and I have had people argue with me that I am not fully Nigerian and that I must be mixed with something non-African even though I insist that I am full Nigerian. It's so funny how people want to argue with you when they hardly know you! lol!

  • By far the funniest video ever!!! HAHAHA

  • It shows ignorance that some black women don't think its possible to have long healthy hair and if only they would stop damaging it and putting chemicals on it they would so how beautiful there hair could truly be. I'm sure when people find out your hair is all yours there next question is what are you mixed with

  • Girl, I'm from TN and my husband is from MS so I can only imagine what kind of looks and things people say/do. lol So funny!

  • lol at your impersonation. Must have been a trip!

  • I HATE THOSE FUCKIN FLAT IRON PEOPLE AT THE MALLS! THEY ALWAYS TRYING TO FLAT IRON MY FRO!!! >={

  • I love your stories. I would be so mad if someone would touch my scalp. That is just too rude. you had me cracking up.

  • Ok, I'm saving this to my favorites-too funny!!

  • This is hilarious, thanks for sharing. Is your hair in a twist out style ?

  • My hair story is - people always ask me "what color is your hair?" and is kinda *shrug* and say i'm not sure, it's my natural color. And then i get the *side-eye* or "oh" like (yeah, right that's your natural color). Even some hair stylist would ask, until they've had a chance to actually style my hair. Then they say "ohh you red for real" O_o LOL

  • I know it's not funny but i'm over here CRYING!!!! LOL. People are a stone cold trip! LOL

  • LMMFAO@"the streets probably did him wrong!!!" OMG, and I've never heard of the term "rooted." Lol..."what, you wanna root me too?"

  • I am so glad you have a great sense of humor about these events. People are biased and uninformed. You are like a hair ambassador for black women.

  • You are so funny I loved the video

  • LOL "GIRL nah!"

  • Lol we've all had those moments , I remember my boyfriend told me that his friends thought I wore a wig bc of how my hair would go from sleek and straight, to thick and curly when in its natural state, he thought it was hilarious smh and people always assume that I bought a curly weave or something

  • Really funny stories, especially about the asian bss owner assuming you bought your hair, lol!

  • "Root Me" lol but I guess it's a real thing now ! : )

  • I got scalped or rooted while relaxed. My hair was often collarbone - shoulder length and was never really longer or shorter than that. Thing was my hair is verrryyy voluminous, like a relaxer barely tamed it but rulers helped get it straight and shiny. Once, I hadn't seen this lady in a while and she came up to me and my mo and was like: her hair is so pretty is it real and my mom said yes. She then turned ad scalped me, messing up my hair, and was like it is oh pretty. And I was just smh. Peo

  • I love the part when you said that the streets had done him wrong!! LoL! That was so funny I'm going to use that one!! Keep it up young lady you're just educating the public. thanks for the vid!

  • That was sweet you censored for us... Thanks for sharing respectfully. :)

  • too funny!

  • I love, love, love this video. It keeps it real, its creative, and was very hilarious and very interesting. It did not come across as bragging at all. IMO it would be a great idea to make this into a video series, kind of like people who do relaxer updates. Perhaps carry a video camera and interview the people after their stupid, ignorant remarks and upload it.

  • I like the car confessionals! One day, naturals wont be the minority and will have a permanent place again, then people won't assume that it's "purchased" hair. Future questions would be "girl, how'd you get your twist-out so defined?!" :)

  • I have been "rooted" before and it was so funny. The lady was trying to be slick! LOL

  • I had recently flat ironed after 6 months without using any heat on my hair (I'm not natural yet... I'm a long-term transitioner) well, anyways. Last time I had used heat on my hair I was neck length and this time I was shoulder length. Everybody I know just assumed it was weave and when the subject came to my hair and they found out it was weave everybody had this whole "OMG" moment. It was too funny. I would have had the same reaction prior to my HHJ but now SL is nothing.

  • So funny

  • Hahahahaha so chick at the job asks me wat type of hair I had, so my sarcastic self plays alongs and I tell her "oh its DNA brand." Shes totally like oh wow where do u get it im like my parents girl bye bye now I know I play waaaay too much but sometimes the questions get to be too much

  • @mzlondon247 Lol I need to start using that. "The DNA brand" Ha!

  • So funny girl!! Loved the man saying Girl take that wig off your head lol!! You are so funny and your hair gives me proper hair envy. Keep doing what your doing baby xxx

  • A lot of ppl are ignorant to the fact that black women can actually grow long hair and our hair comes in different textures. You don't have to be mixed to have a looser curl pattern. It annoys the hell out of me. Educate yourselves you ignorant fucks! Your hair is beautiful sweetie. :)

  • that is hilarious.... i mean are these women the track police? how dare they assault your scalp like that checking for tracks. i'm mad at them behaving like that LOL

  • omg... my hair is not as long as yours but i have been rooted before... so annoying... have you ever had someone just touch without asking?.... that is the worst.... the worst...

  • Thanks for talking about this topic.. Your stories were LOL hillarious! !!!! Lol! : D more.. More.. Hahaha!!!!

  • Lolololol!! @ the lady at the wedding who's lips barely moved!!! Those stories were funny. Ppl are a mess. Ur hair is beautiful! Be blessed darlin'!

  • My cousin's hair is like that xcept it's a little less thick

  • Oh my goodness...lol..."you wanna root me too?"

  • I watched this video right before going to bed, it made my night. i couldnt stop laughing cuz each story was funny. My favorite was the guy in the aisle,"man take that wig off your head" lol

  • lol he looked like he had a ruff life.....

  • I think I am asked at least 3 times a week if my hair is "all mine". It is funny!

  • This was funny!!!! Lol @ "she rooted you".... I have people ask me alllll the time, what products do u use to get ur hair curly... When I tell them that I just wet it and it curls they don't believe me... smh.... I've had black women tell me, when I try to encourage them to go natural, "you have good hair, my hair will never look or be like that"... It's sad.

But thanks for posting this video... It was a good laugh...

  • LOL! She "rooted" you!

  • I watch your hair videos - but you should do more stuff like this. You have a great sense of humor.

  • tell me more!!!!!!

  • funny stuff. just shows us all how uninformed we can be about the glory of afro textured hair. Even us blacks can be ignorant of our many textures. Glad you are showing us all just what good treatment can do for our hair. If we care for it, stop abusing it- it will not only grow but grow healthy.

Variety is the spice of life, something we need to celebrate.

    Thanks for the education!

  • People aske me if my hair is real all the time! I JUST got a username so that I coud comment on your video! You are actually wearing the same shirt as me right now, we're both from MS, AND we have the same hair texture and length... only difference is I TOTALLY have beaucoup shrinkage! Arrrggghhh. Anywho... I enjoy your channel. I'm on fotki... I think I added you as a friend a few days ago on there.

  • OMG! Too funny girl!

  • It has happened to me once. The lady didn't believe and she put her hand in my hair. Nothing fancy about my hair then, it was up in a bun (about APL in length which she wouldn't know). So it was the thickness and fullness of my hair that she didn't believe it was mine (I was close to 6 months post relaxer). I was at the BSS store and it was another customer who was in disbelief.

  • I was scared for a minute that you were driving while shooting this video! I was like, noooo. Wait till you get home. But this is funny. I have had people ask me this kinda thing. My hair is not nearly as long and big, but I've been asked if I had on a wig before when I did twist outs.

  • Your story is hilarious! Girl I would whip ALL of my hair into dude's face so the woudl have known! Thanks for the laughter I needed that today

  • Even if it wasn't your real hair it ain't her place to be digging all in your scalp to double check!! I can't stand when people do that!

  • Girl, I had one lady come and pulls mines. told me she thought it was a wig. It was a fresh ole school press and curl.

  • So why debate with them; Just show them your scalp and make them shut up

  • LOL@ the clinking flat iron man. That had me rolling. Loved this whole video....so funny.

  • " Like I couldn't tell u just rooted me!"

..."So whatchoo wanna doo? U wanna ROOT me too??!"

omgroflololol-- I almost never find natural hair videos that are "REAL" #irony. I enjoyed the hell outta this.... so refreshingly Genuine.

  • I understand exactly what you are talking about, some people and their ignorance...smh

  • i've had the asian in the beauty supply experience too! it was a lady tho. she didn't believe it was my hair lol. i didn't buy no hair up in here lady, just ring up my dang shea butter! haha. one chic in Ross asked me where i got my puff. um... God. lol.

  • You are sooooo right about hair not being long for ppl to think its a wig! I wore my hair to work in a soft afro (worn out twists) with a head band and all day ppl were asking me if it was a wig. I could't blame them because I work in the operating room so we have to wear bonnets. But some would ask if they could touch my scalp! WTH!!! MY hair is colored and is about 5in long blown out.

  • He looked like he was in the streets, living that thug life huh? LMAO

  • hhaha funny people really think our hair doesn't grow!!! butt it does!

  • shoutout to troy polamalu my Samoan hubby!
