  • bcuz mine looks different than yours

  • what version do u have

  • i cant seem to figure it out help? please?

  • thanks for the vid! are you absolutely certain that it continues on and does not go back to the beginning of the loop?

  • Do this work for the 2.0 also?

  • thanks for the tip. the way you video the tutorial is making me motion sick to the max...

  • dope brotha! cheers for chuckin it up. I found if you slide your loop options down to 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and one bar loops you get a mad effect when you do this like one of the fuct up pioneer mixers that people seem to like.

  • You don't have to create a crate with this is how you roll crap on the version serato 1.9+ anymore just press alt+1,2,3,4,5 left side or alt+67890..serato fixed that, so just download the newest features and rockout

  • tanks a lot men ;), soon i can show a lot of samples of musics to show at your own videos, another thing, i just bought a CDM-150 and i liked did, the bad thing is that i can´t scratch xD

    PS: sorry my english

  • how mutch it cost serato scratch?

  • Somewhere between $500-$600 depending on where you look. But if you want to get the Serato Mixer TTMsl57 its around $1400.

  • Mate, you've totally missed what this does...

Once you've done the crate thing you hold Alt AND ctrl at the same time and then hold a number ( these correspond to loop times on the deck) and it loops, when you let go the song reverts back to where it would have been if you hadn't done anything just like the reverse function does ( U or J depending which deck is playing)

    Hope this clears it up.

  • ill be trying this once i get home. Ive tried with just alt + # on 1.8.3 and it was just a normal loop. Hopefully this works.

  • hey bro, i struggled to work it out too but the key is to hold down the number not just push it once alt and ctrl are held down. this is a great feature.

  • @DJBenGeeuk are you absolutely certain that it continues on and does not go back to the beginning of the loop?

  • this doesnt work for 1.8.3 does it????

  • It works. Its actually officially implemented.

  • for some reason it doesnt seem to work for me. is there anything different that i have to do? or is it the same steps as 1.8.2..

  • Well its a one time thing. Once you loaded the crate once it should always work. I just upgraded to 1.8.3 and it still works.

  • The track does not go back to where it would have been if it didnt rool. all it does is loop....... like a normal loop.

  • how do you do this with a macbook?

  • I am sorry but I do not own a Macbook so I do not know. But I know you can click on screen the beat times and still get the same effect.

  • lol...asus g2...yup i use the same shit. how does it treat you in ur gig?

  • Its a Gateway M-6256 or something like that.

  • ah yes i forgot about the other one.... i think i remmeber how to do it. click on the "tap" button nexy to the song name, and type "am". if this works, your track names will dissapear, and you just have to click on them to make them temporarily appear. apparently this was requested by DJ Am. have fun!

  • try this one: press control+shift+click on setup. you'll like what happens!
