This instrumental is effective because, in it's slow and methodical pace , it fits very well with how gradually chaotic and self destructive Sid and Nancy's lives became.

This is a very early Gary Oldman movie, and what I believe to be one of his best performances. The soundtrack is amazing as well.. I prefer Gary Oldmans performance of My Way to Sids version.. The March Violets are amazing as well.

If you liked this movie, check out Dogs in Space (very hard to find) staring Michael Hutchance as Sammy No Brains. Both movies are classics.

There is another version of this track at the end of a simpson episode ! the 12 in season 19, at the end. The dope track began while Homer's wishin a happy valentine day.... I know sounds like funny but that version is sooooooo goooood!

Very well done .. tho I would've kept the ending with him climbing into the taxi .. and Nancy (Chloe Webb) looking like a gorgeous angel. One of my fav movies all time and the Pray for Rain tracks are awesome.

I'd agree wif u there actually. There were three other people in the apartment that nite and they weren't investigated much, and there wasn't much evidence that sid was guilty, apart from the fact it was his knife and he claimed to be unable to remember wat happened. Sid said in My Way that he killed a cat, when in reality he knocked a cat out and was too upset my it to finish it off so his mate did it. Nah, I think it was a drug dealer who killed Nancy while Sid was passed out.

pray for rain I think is who did the song. All the songs I loved on the movie are all done by them. Alteast that's what the sound track list. If you read "And I don't want to live this life" its a wonderful indepth book about nancy's life and their relationship. That girl had some major mental problems.
