I'm surprised he didn't get seriously injured. That was way too advanced for one day for a novice. Most people should not attempt this much in a month.
dude why use a parkour class you just have to do whatever that dude wants you to if your in a class me and my friend do it all over the city we just run place to place doing parkour.
@LAXdoubleK It just pissed me off when he made fun of that kid for the advice he gave him. For all you people out there who don't know, that was substantially good advice! "Just go for it and don't be afraid." The fear is one of the biggest obstacles you'll face in parkour.
For the segment around 1:05, there really isn't a difference..just names. Believe it or not, there was "freerunning" before sebastians famous "jump london" commentary.
Watch davids videos and see how he also incorporates flips into his moves...
@n3verfall I don't think there's an age limit. I imagine if your a minor, you'll have to get a parent or guardian to sign off on it though. As far as San Diego goes, I'm not sure. I'm only aware of Northwest Arkansas. Sorry.
@n3verfall I live in England and here we have it in like everytown. You can be any age to do it. There is beginner and advanced classes. However im not sure what the availability of a parkour class is over there.
no one taught me parkour. I learned the vaults, and everything all by myself. This way is harder, but also it's more productive. If it became awfully hard for you , to figure out the key or secret of a move, use Internet. And as epic said '' drill, drill, drill''. good luck ! (btw, pardon for my english)
