what he is doing is a techniqe called the swivel technique. it's pretty crazy. you can find a bunch of vids on youtube to learn how to do it. it's a simple concepty but takes alot of practice to get down. i've been workin on it for a while now and still don't compleatly got it. time and practice is what it comes down to.

BTW... the only reason why leche is faster in my fears have become phobias is because he is Heel-toeing whereas George Kollias is doing single strokes!!! And there is no one faster than Kollias in single strokes!! Oh... and faster does not mean better because Kollias is WAAYYYYY BETTER THAN LECHE!!!

@FutileExistence well it looks like singles to me, he can go pretty fast without having to switch techniques. but on the chosen legacy he is definitely using double strokes. its pretty hard to figure out what he uses because there is very little video of him playing (almost none of them with a foot view)

I've heard live recordings of songs with gravity blasts and you could here them all right. I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't heard a recorded version of the song though. it would be sweet if they were heard louder. I think a lot more people would use them if they were louder.

I'd say yes, definitly. While fast, you can hear how doesn't really hammer down his blast beats. Listen to the sound difference in his snare power when he blast beats and when he plays fills.

The blast are always weaker, even in the studio. Don't get me wrong, George kollias is MINDBLOWING, but he could hammer those blasts a bit more.
