For someone who is aspiring to be a teacher, I believe that this is such a great anime. GTO is a awesome teacher because he really cares about his students and teaches them how to deal with real life problems. Maybe he should have been a social worker, but he has heart for his students

The manga is the real master piece created by Tohru Fujisawa, not the bullshit created by Studio Pierrot, the wors animation studio ever... The story is changed, it does not even mention director's son in the anime. Start reading before saying such bullshit. Original is always better than adaptation. And with a master piece like GTO or even Death Note, it's just impossible to adapt it in a good way.

Adaptations sometimes are quite good and helps the viewer to understand more easily example: the lord of the rings the books are fucking great and the movie too.But paper it's only paper in a video you have another elements to use like music, that and so much other things can make an adaptation more touching than the original piece cheers!
