  • Hi cwaj, those are beautiful pepper. My hands are very sensitve, I have to pick them with plastic gloves. Do you use cold water, instead of hot water? Nice video. Thanks.

  • Yes, I used cold or room temp. water.

  • This is an excellent idea. I clean mine, slice them, bag them and put them in the freezer.

    Your idea is better for longer storage. This will protect them from freezer burn and lose of flavor for a longer time.
