I saw this in about '68 when I was 6. It was the first kid's fantasy I saw on screen that wasn't safe,twee and cutesy. The images of the witches,especially the skeleton with the flowers and the fish-headed one who summoned the wind,totally freaked me out! The images stayed in my head for years. I grew up to write fantasy myself, and tbh I still find the witches creepy--and the giant that came out of the clock.

Tubo is the demon with the trident fork... and, if I recall, Cheera is the Witch of the Wind..the others, I can't remember the names...
