Until the citizens of Saginaw start demanding that our prosecutors work towards maximum sentences (not plea bargains) for violent criminals in our community nothing is going to change. Once these criminals see their buddies go down hard they'll think twice about their actions. We need to send a strong message to those who are making our city a dangerous place.

I'm from Saginaw living in Texas. We had an article here in our paper stating that Michigan is closing 7-10 prisons and releasing close to 8000 inmates early due to budget shortfalls. MI is also cutting back on police force. Sag, Flint & Detroit were all already f*cked up---they're about to be law-less cities.
