  • Alucinante Scott gracias por esa música tan natural!!!!

  • That is a beautiful flute!!! Where did you get it?

  • Love Pat's flutes.... we have several and they're all solid instruments. Beautiful, too....

  • See the comments for the answer to your questions.

  • beautiful sound............. as the name of that flute and where I can buy?

  • C'est incroyable de voir comment la flute imite essentiellement une piscine baleine dans l'eau et la facon dont il appelle a d'autres!

  • beautiful!

  • Thanks for posting this up for us, I watch it regularly now.

  • Great sound and video. Well done!

  • Wow. That's amazing. Is that in the key of E?

  • I would love to see that played live.. so dramatic!

  • gorgeous !

  • Any sound enhancements going on there besides maybe some added reverb? Sounds so much better than the metal ones.

  • I love the sound of this flute. It's very close to the sound of the Anasazi flute. I always come here to listen to you playing Anasazi, as it' gives me more motivation to keep playing mine. Thank You!

  • This is Great! Thank you very much.... Peace

  • that's beautiful

  • You are such a wonderful blessing Scott. I can not get enough of your music. Absolutely wonderful.

  • is it fingered like an Irish pennywhistle? Same note structure?

  • It's fingered like most standard six hole Native American flutes. The fourth hole from the bottom is covered to get the basic scale. The player opens holes from the bottom, no cross fingering and as mentioned, keeps the fourth hole covered.

  • he makes it look so easy :)

  • always nice this kind of music its is very relaxing the sound it really give you rest in the body and soul.

  • Yes Truly Beautiful!

    Love4all:))

  • Absolutely amazing! Thank you very much.

  • Beautiful music Scott, thanks. Is that a Pat Haran flute?

  • Yes, This is a Pat Haran flute.

  • HI Scott - thanks for making a song for the whales. What key is the flute?

  • Is the fundamental D2? This is Haran's "lowest flute"?

  • It's the D below middle C. I don't know if this is Pat's lowest flute. That's a good question.

  • Isn't middle C C4? That's got to be two octaves below that! subbass, or contrabass. That's a bazooka.

  • how many octaves can you play in with that thing?

  • It plays one octave.

  • Oh, ok - I think that's D3, ~147 Hz.

  • Thanks. I believe the music captured the feeling of the video.

  • You get some incredible sounds out of that instrument....nice

  • Beautiful, Scott. Thanks for this. --- Cornell
