@minerGeorgeCS You do realize that Windows is being run on an emulator which reduces the speed that the operating system can actually run at. Not only that, the limited power that the iPhone/iPod touch would even further slow the operation of Windows, and due to the fact that Windows is being emulated ("hardware" and all) Minecraft may not even run due to the already imposed limitations of the device as well as its software.

actually if you really tried to run windows on ipod touch you cant because ipod touch uses ARM processor and windows was built for a x86 processor like Intel so kinda impossible unless you recompiled windows for ARM

@bigboymar1 They have Mac OS. There's a MiniVMac iPhone app now. It runs with barely any lag, but only goes up to System 7. Nothing spectacular, but nonetheless cool.
