An old trapoline turned on its side and a piece of white material. 40.00 Foam? 50.00 liquid soap that won't irritate the skin or yard. An old exhaust fan, water pump and 35 gallon trash can... Sure some people pay bucks for a party like this...proof that amazing events don't cost a fortune.
