Seriously dude, I got a Swiss K31 in my rifle safe right now. It's straight pull, and made in 1942. Around there. Give or take a year. But then there was the Canadian Ross rifle that was used in WW1. I'm pretty sure there was a swiss straight pull rifle back in the 1880s. Around there. Look it up.

Well, that's not really a bolt action, more a straight pull action, though I guess some circles call a straight-pull a variant of a bolt action.
