I'm still confused. I'm new to PS and this is my first tutorial I checked out. Well, I think i duplicated the image, I'm not even sure..xD But when I select paste or w/e, nothing happens o___o
I can't seem to do this successfully. I select the whole image and then select the green channel layer, but I have no options to copy or paste so I duplicate the layer and then it ends up turning my whole image red. Any help?

use CTL+C to copy and CTL+V to paste rather than trying to find the copy paste option.
