@AREAxrs if u do the dark brother hood quests u soon get the quest to kill him but ifu dont wanna u can still get a lesser version of his clothes in the other Sanctuary when u go down the stair case look to ur left and theres a jester outfit laid out on the table so this way u can get Cicero as a follower and his clothes too :]
