Hello! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cooworker got hot 6 pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.
here it is..ima do 20 of each twice a day for two months no junk food or soda starting january im going to stay commited and come back to say if this worked or not !!!

I do alot of excercises mainly on abs I search for what i think might give the best results the quickest and i do them for atleaset 6 weeks strait every day. So I tested out your workout and there are very effective :) I enjoyed them I also think that if you are a beginner you should do these like he sais at the beginning of the video, but if your more than a beginner or just looking for quicker relsults bump the time you do each excercise up 20 sec. and no rest that gives you more results, but

im sorry to break it to you guys but ripped abs come easier, if you slap some weight behind your neck like any other excercise. do 5 sets of 10-15 reps. but remember u have to loose the fat of your stomach first. do cardio then weight just like any other muscle group

@superawesom3 get off your ass and try it! It is not a scam! people just want instant gratification.... tight abs will not come in a day! try this once a day. If it is easy try doing it twice a day (morning and night) wait a month or so and you will see results. (99% sure) Remember even when your sore keep working!
@coolio9548 the fourth part is core trainging. It's not suppose to feel any certain way xD but your mucles contract and are being worked to hold your balance. It's weird but it works.

Your body fat level has to be 7-8% (for men) to see abdominal muscles. You can work your core all you want, but if you eat crappy processed food and to many calories you'll never get there.

I just did the first exercise 3 times for 20 sec and rest for 10 sec! It's pretty hard for a beginner like me but I feel it taking effect :)
But I have a question: Are you supposed to do ALL of the exercises shown in this video for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds and repeat 3 times?

you need to incorperate more oblique exercises, apart from that its a decent workout

best way is to eat alot of junkfood. thats what i do and i am skinny as a rail u also have to do the exercises but i am tellin ya there is somthing with eating a bunch of junk
