Look dude, this is a collection, or medley, of four different final fantasy songs. As it says in the description. You are hearing the very first song he plays. Which is Cloud Smiles, so you are right on that point. But then he goes on to play three other songs, one right after another, or continuously as your definition of a medley stated. Therefore the title of this video is correct.

The thing is that you can name this video Cloud Smiles(yes you can, but it won't describe the content at all). There are 4 songs included. What is the track after 1:20?This isnt Cloud Smiles-Main Theme After 5:40? Its Tifa.

I liked how this piece (Cloud Smiles) had nods to Aerith's theme. I always appreciate when music does that, another example being Martin O'Donnell's brief throwback to his classic Gregorian theme in "Tip of the Spear".
