  • haha ! sweet :) does it take long to have a body like that ? :) because im doing workouts aswell but I don't realy see any results. I even bought Noxi Pro for extra focus. Do you use something while workout or even before workout ?

  • @OsSyth Do as many reps as possible safely..then IMMEDIATELY drop to the floor and rep out pushups. This helps push the muscle to complete failure.  then rest momentarily and hit more pushups.

  • flat barbell essential? dumbell is a way much more effective.

  • @jodhan23 thanks for watching..Flat Barbell Essential..why? i don't mean repeat the rhetoric..why is IT essential? I love that exercise too but there are numerous reasons why other exercises are superior for different reasons. shoulder problem?? if so Barbell bench can be HORRIBLE idea. I appreciate the comment but ask you think beyond the traditional thinking and consider what changes you are trying to make in your physique...my chest is better now than ever and i only do barbell once a month
