funny when i now think about it, compared to how long i've been alive, i really have only recently discovered queen and all they are. i remember hearing songs like this, or we are the champions, or bohemian rhapsody, growing up. i was just used to them. obviously i loved them, but i never knew who was behind the music. i never really payed attention to the lyrics, or how amazing freddie's voice and act really were. now that i know so much, its a totally new experience. The guy holding freddie up is actually alan robinson he was freddie mercury's body guard. He went on to do the same job for Annie Lennox and was also tour manager of UB40 and the stranglers.
