The Tea Party will raise $6-8M. The blimp only costs $350k for a month, and will generate $10M+ in free advertising and publicity. If no candidate has over 50% of the first Ballot at the National Republicans Convention in St. Paul, they will go to a second Ballot where all 2500 delegates get a vote, and the majority winner will the Republican Nominee. We need Precinct Commimtteeman (easy to become) to show up at the local GOP meetings and spread the logical points of Dr. Paul's posititions.

Please become a local Precinct Committeeman. In my state we have two meetings in January and one in April. Use subtle reason to spread Ron's fiscal conservativeness to the soon-to-be delegates and alternative delegates. Read up on Ron Paul's books about Gold and Fiat Currencies. These books are in PDF format for free download on his Wikipedia page!! Becoming Precinct Committeeman is easy. Just one signature from your District Chairman. We can change that, vote Ron Paul and persuade others. There's plenty of criticism on him waiting to come out, he has made several controversial statements, like comparing his weight loss to the experience of being in a concentration camp. In the CNN repub debate he said "Jesus would be too smart to run for public office"...is that suppose to be cute? Automated humans laughed at this; if his statement is to be taken seriously, then it means America doesn't deserve smart leaders.

The Tea Party will raise $6-8M. The blimp only costs $350k for a month, and will generate $10M+ in free advertising and publicity. Not to mention that the blimp will *increase* the exposure of the Tea Party, and possibly pay itself off that day. So it is definitely worth it, and does not detract from Tea Party funds.

I think this is just part of the internet phenomenon. I say let people choose their own styles to watch--if they think this is lame can go elsewhere, but these days, being upbeat and hopeful can be an act of courage. I was inspired by the seeming innocence of this video, which may or may not have been intentional. Anyway, we're at the flag-waving,make-a-big-fuss stage of the process. (We're not at the stupid-hats, balloon dropping conventions stage yet)

What's amazing is that Huck is talking about phasing out the Income tax with the Fair tax being implemented at the same time. This means we'll have an ADDITIONAL tax to the Income tax for a while. Just like going off of the gold standard was supposed to be a temporary window, I don't think these crooks in Washington is planning on removing the Income tax. It needs to be yanked out like a bad tooth.

I'm not sure if Fox News meant to put this article up but it's at their website under World News. It states the Iraq "War" is actually a UN mandate that has been renewed annually since 2003. It also states the plan to keep 1/3 of the troops in Iraq there permanently after July 2008 in exchange for Oil.

I just love this campaign. The grass roots support is unbelievable. I really was loosing hope in our politicians until Ron Paul came along. i would vote for Ron, even without all the hype and hopla, but the hype and hopla make it eve better. First the 5th of November, now a blimp, a then the mother of all campaing drives, THE TEA PARTY!!!
