It's actually the song Wadde hadde dudde da, Stefan Raab the host of Eurovision '11, was actually representing Germany in Eurovision in 2000 with this song. That's what makes it funny :D

It was the German ESC song a couple of years ago, sung by the guy who hosted this year's show in Düsseldorf -Stefan Raab. He heard an old lady say that to her dog in a public restroom once... ;-D
