  • hehehe. Found you through Al1981x, subbed and hope you enjoy my video responce.

  • do you realise this has been mirrored by 1GodOnlyOne

who is a only approve comments supporting theists

who blocks you are soon as you show you are not a theist

    who is false dmca freak

  • @angrywhenroused

I was unaware of that. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will investigate.

  • @angrywhenroused

I contacted him and tried to get him to change it, so that it isn't represented as actually being Thunderf00t, but rather a satire I did.

His response was simply to block me.

So I sent a message to Thunderf00t informing him of this possibly criminal slander of him. Then I filed a DMCA claim for using my creation, my voice, and my image without permission.

Permissions he could have had, if he hadn't decided to use it to slander someone. It is obvious it's not really TF though.

  • @sonnygll I did not realise he was representing it as thunderf00t, just that he mirrored it without any credit, luckily he left in your ident. @1GodOnlyOne seems to be very unreasonable, its a shame you had to use the heavy hand but what can you do.

  • @angrywhenroused

Yea, he left me with no choice. So I also asked that people flag it. There should really be a separate category for this. But I think "bullying" works. He is kind of inciting people to bully Thunderf00t. Plus I made Nazi jokes in there. Some of those idiots could totally get the wrong idea about him. Thunderf00t's last video pissed me off, but nobody deserves to be misrepresented that way.

Thanks again for letting me know.

  • This was my favourite :D

  • calamari anyone?

  • @TheMrThundernuts

lol Your avatar cracks me up.

  • @sonnygll Yes,I usually wear a beard but had just that morning shaved it all off. That pic. makes me look a bit fatter and younger than I actually am.

  • ! outstanding !

  • I can't stand Thunderf00t. Not because of the arrogant attitude, not because of the fact that he ignores any form of confrontation or debate if he feels he'll lose (A.K.A. all of the debates surrounding Islam), or even his Islamophobia.

I hate the fact that he's a lying snake in the grass who only wishes to stomp on people who don't do anything to him for his own gain. And he leads 130,000 sheep onto the path he's leading - destruction.

  • This video is just grasping desperately at straws.

  • @Kilgorin10

Oh boo hoo, another little Thunderf00t fanbunny needs me to call a WAH-mbulance. Need a tissue too? Just for that and all the crap in the Coughlan video from all you butt-hurt little thundertards, I'm just going to make another video.

This video was satire. Something less intelligent atheists don't understand.

The next one will be my usual style. Here's a preview, guilt by association is a logical fallacy. Maybe there should be a "rag on Thunderf00t day" to oppose bigotry.

  • @sonnygll "Thunderf00t fanbunny" What a crazy assumption. To tell you the truth I don't really like Thunderf00t all that much. Nor did I ever claim I did. But the fact that this video is just desperately grasping at straws, like I said, it takes any entertainment factor out of it. What I think of your or Thunderf00t's opinion is completely irrelevant, I was critiquing your video, not your opinion on guilt by association. Care to not be so defensive next time?

  • @Kilgorin10

OK, well if that isn't the case, then I take it back. However you are critiquing a satire as if it was serious. I think maybe you don't understand that some things are an exaggeration of what Thunderf00t says, and other things are just a joke.

I'll do a video in my usual style just to show people what I actually think about Thunderf00t. Mostly my only problem with him is generalizing.

  • @sonnygll Like how you just generalized me as a "Thundertard"? Hypocrisy is a bitch.

  • @Kilgorin10

No I didn't generalize. I made an assumption based on recent experience. It may or may not have been correct.

Now If I knew nothing about you, had no interaction and just decided that based solely on you being subscribed to Thunderf00t, that would be generalizing. But that's not what happened.

This kind of leads me to think maybe you don't understand.

  • Some objections i have:

This video is not funny at all and does not say more than "don't generalize".

But i must admit, that criticizm of islam is so rarely aimed at muslims to be enlightened about their religion, because it is so often fundamentalistically interpreted or to even drive them away from their religion completely. No, the problem is, that criticizm of islam is directed to politics. Racists, right-wing conservatives and nazis use the criticizm to justify their xenophobic racism.

  • @mardastheEitheist

Recently i was part of the "council of ex-muslims of austria" blog (i'm german) and wanted to direct at muslims to enlighten muslims about their religion to ultimatily reject it. But instead, even after i made 3! clarification articles about that we don't want to be used for racist and right-wing xenophobia, nearly every reader was an austrian, and nearly all of them right-wing conservatives, although not too religious, but no muslim or ex-muslim. I quit ultimately.

  • @mardastheEitheist

Our articles were secular in nature and not right-wing bigoted xenophobia. But we only focused on typical objections like the burqa or turkish islamism, nothing about the religious reasons, but just on the impact of them. The aim of our leader was "to enlighten non-muslims to reject islam and islamism politically", which was not my goal.

A muslim can nearly never find a refutation of wonder claims (that's widely believed in islam!) or blunders and contradictions in the quran.

  • @mardastheEitheist

That's what we ultimately need. We don't need muslims to be the enemy. We need to enlighten them, so that the problem of islamism and religious orthodoxy against the rights of many disappears or vanishes. Not muslims are the enemy to the west, Islam is the enemy to muslims, for they are the ones who suffer most from it. By discriminating against them we only help them to think, that the west only uses "islamophobia" and prejedices... and criticizm of islam loses its legitimacy

  • @mardastheEitheist

There was a little more to it than "don't generalize", but that's the main idea, simply because that's my entire problem with Thunderf00t.

I do agree with all your points though. That's exactly what I have against religion in general and enlightenment is definitely the answer. I try to do that here as much as I can.

  • This could almost be a Pat Condell parody =P

  • @TheOats

You know, I probably should do a Pat Condell just for the fun of it.

  • Hahaha good job!

  • @Couqhlan616

Yea, and 6 million Jews got killed in in WW2, so lets equate it with all Germans. Christians blew up abortion clinics, so lets equate that with all Christians. Some Catholic priests molested kids, so Catholics must all be child molesters......

Are you fucking serious?! That's some convoluted bullshit that would make a creatard blush. Did you have a head injury, or eat paint chips as kid? That's by far the dumbest thing I've heard all week.

  • @sonnygll Being German isn't an ideology. Being a Nazi is (so is being a Muslim or Christian) and yeah I would compare people who call themselves Nazis today to ones that committed genocide because those actions came strait from that ideology. All religious fundamentalist do is stick to the foundations of their religions and that is where the problem lies. Sure they're not all the same, but as long as they perpetuate their medieval ideologies they're part of the problem.

  • @Pylo01

I never said being German was an ideology. I just said it's a group. If you use the word "fundamentalist" to differentiate, you admit a distinction in doing so. Then at the end you pretend each religion is the same ideology. This seems to be self-defeating.

Now if you are just talking about fundies, then you agree with me.

    So which is it?

You also seem incapable of separating an ideology from an adherent, which seems to be a failure to understand anti-theism.

  • @sonnygll "I never said being German was an ideology. I just said it's a group."

And I just pointed out why that analogy doesn't work.

"If you use the word "fundamentalist" to differentiate, you admit a distinction in doing so."

Yes I do, and I made it clear that I don't think they're all the same. In fact I used those same words.

"Then at the end you pretend each religion is the same ideology."

    No I don't.

  • @Pylo01

Except that ideology wasn't the point of my analogy. In fact "German" was put in there mostly for that reason. I'm talking about the guilt by association fallacy. It can be ideology, race, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other criteria you can think of.

So it sounds like we agree other than this one misunderstanding.

  • @sonnygll

Well here's my problem with it: "race, nationality, sexual orientation..." are not your choice, whereas ideology is so I think belonging to a group that's identified by an ideology and choosing to perpetuate it makes you at least in part responsible for the consequences of that same ideology.

This applies to politics as well, it's not reserved for religion.

  • @Pylo01

I have to disagree with this in most instances, though I'm sure there are exceptions were I would agree. The reason is because most people had no choice. They were indoctrinated as children, which frequently prevents them from questioning it. It ingrains it like a logical axiom in their minds. So I really think people have less control over that than you might think.

However pragmatism does dictate standing your ground against fundies. This is also a very good point for discussion.

  • @sonnygll

"Now if you are just talking about fundies, then you agree with me."

I'm talking about foundations, the basis of their ideology. I think those "fundies" are a symptom of a deeper problems.

"You also seem incapable of separating an ideology from an adherent"

I'm perfectly capable of doing so, I'm also capable of understanding that one can't exist without the other

  • @sonnygll Oh, and I just wanna make it clear that I'm not necessarily defending thunderfoot or his methods of dealing with the problem nor am I criticizing your video (it's quite funny).

In fact, I find burning stuff or any such form of destruction counterproductive. On the other hand forms of expression that involve creating stuff, like drawing Muhammad or parodying thunderfoot I'm fine with. :P

  • @Pylo01

No worries, I'd be fine with it even if you were criticizing it.

  • Cunting toss pots? That's new. :p

  • @WordBondage

    No, it's just British slang.

  • Bloody brilliant.

  • Lol not a muslim but love it!

  • I'm naughty, dangerous and I have tentacles so don't mess with me.

Some charts and graphs along with the articles would have nailed it : ) good luck.

  • @0Idskool

Yes, another random picture akin to South Park's depiction of Johny Cochrans "Chewbacca Defense" would have been in order.

  • 1:14 and moreover, you are slowly zooming in on the internet article which makes it even more true :)

  • this was pretty good

  • hahaha, I REALLY hope this comes in the top 3, great job! :)

  • That is what they all think Duh!

  • bahahaha this was awesome. I think u did a spot on impersonations.

  • You should enter this into the Pwnage Olympics being done by Richard Coughlan

  • @Tyamna

I did. Actually I made it just for that.

  • @sonnygll

Oh, lol, I feel silly now =D

  • That makes me a saaad bunny lool

  • Magnificent!!!!!!!!!!!

  • brilliant!! successfully pwning all the wankers who think this is actually what thunderf00t says...well done....i hope you win

  • @ezmereldagreen Oh come on, Ez, give it up! This is a perfect impression of Thunderf00t.

  • @JunnyICurosi not a very good impression and not a good parody but i wouldn't expect you to get that....if you are not a muslim extremist who wants sharia law for the world and thinks that critics of your faith should be beheaded then sow me where you are being criticised by thunderf00t....

  • @ezmereldagreen

I think you don't understand satire. It's supposed to be a very exaggerated version of the person you are satirizing. Thunderf00t does seem to lump them all together though. He uses some rather bellicose rhetoric and does some demagoguery here and there.

You and Thunderf00t also don't seem to be able to separate religious people from religion. Religion is rubbish, but the religious are still human beings. A fact some people seem to forget.

  • @ezmereldagreen Well done, Ez. Nice use of shaming language. I don't get my panties in a wad during criticisms, I respond to crticisms only to be called a "taqiyya master".

Thunderf00t maintained that freedom of speech should trump the sensitivities of Muslims. Yet he got sensitive during the Ground Zero Mosque fiasco but even admitted they have a right to build the community center. Now taste>freedom? Taste had no priority during the Mohammed cartoon fiasco.

  • So funny, yet so true

Not alot of ppl have the strength to stand up and say the truth about TF, so I salute u

    Moderate Muslim.

  • bery nice.

  • win

so far there are 30 views and 3 dislikes,

1 in 10 people have no sense of humour.

  • @dee07killer

I'm actually expecting the likes/dislikes to be about 60/40 due to Thunderf00t's fan base. So the 9/4 I see at the moment is better than I thought.

I figured I would end up taking a little heat for making fun of Thunderf00t. So I'm prepared for some trolling. The idea just struck me as too funny to pass up.

  • @sonnygll

I'm a fan of Thunderfoot, and I like this movie.

The trouble is when he attacks creationists everybody understands that this is small, allbeit loud subgroups of Christianity, mostly because his audience is western oriented. By that same token few people understand the same thing about Islam. Thunderfoot might, but it doesen't show in his movies.

  • @lunda2222

Yea I agree, I'm subbed to him also. I like all his science related videos. In the creationist ones, he is just going after wackos trying to ruin science education. If he would attack Islam, and not Muslim people, that would be fine. My whole problem is there seems to be a reliance on guilt by association, lumping Muslims together, which he doesn't do to Christians. Plus in the US, they are a small minority. Draw Muhammad day got perverted into a bigotry-fest too.

  • LOL sad bunny

  • This was amazing!!!! LOL.

  • Hahahah Brilliant!
