  • This is becoming quite bizarre. I'm at the point when I'm not even watching your videos anymore, just listening to them while working. Consider recording some audiobooks and letting me know about them will ya? You can start with the Dragonlance Chronicles and I'll be a happy gal :)

  • you really aim like a fishman, dude xD

  • I dunno why, but I find the concept of the sh@ggoth pretty cool. An amorphous being that can turn either all of it or parts of some of them into various other biological things.

And I like the rendition here as well.

    "Oh, fuck..."

Jack realizes for the first time how deep in the shit he actually is.

  • i would feel dizzy too after seeing this creature XD wouldnt wanna pet him, tbh

  • xD wow poor Jack if he could hear everything the player is telling to him he would lose it in a minute, all that guilt and remorse

  • Actually, "shoggoth" not "shaggoth" is the correct term.

  • @927541 The first mention of it was "shaggoth", even if it later appeared with another spelling.

  • @darkchiron what is it, Mordor´s language?? "shaggot"...

  • @genomaM That sounds like a horrible Lovecraftian insult.

  • jacob wasn't supposed to be there because monsters aren't allowed near save points!

  • @BLTsalamance O.O He broke the fourth wall!

  • @BLTsalamance

they aren't allowed near the pentagram save points

  • didnt you hear when you were fighting jacob when he said something about copper friend he meant dropping him copper in fusion(molten) so its not gold

  • He said copper because the man he was lowering into the molten gold was a law enforcement officer. The slang term for a person in that profession is 'copper'.

A shaggoth is a creature from Warhammer Fantasy Battle.

    Cooler than shoggoths.

  • To avoid confusion, a Dragon Ogre Shaggoth, to avoid wordiness, a Shaggoth.

And yes, Shaggoths are way cooler than Shoggoths.

  • Why does this section remind me so much of Half LIfe?

  • ur right in half life opposing force there is a part of the game where you have to kill some ugly creature by flusing it down a drain

  • @pkmn08three 3 clawed tentacle monster that likes to drum the metal floor until you launch a rocket up his ass?

  • I kinda miss weaponless Jack now..

  • well at lest that guy is smart most games they would level u with weapons to kill the monster

  • i love GOOOOOLLLD!

    xD

    (austin powers reference ftw!)

  • jacob:for the name of the order protect the refinary.

tourettes jack:fuck you fish you dick.

  • Yes! I got the game workin, I'm the happiest man on this earth

  • I shall hate oover forever for saying "Crazy psychopath"

    ...kinda redundant, there, Hoover.

  • The death toll for this year looks to rival that of 1846!

  • gosh your pessimistic...or the opposite of optimistic...*cough*

  • After you've watched your friend die, I'll shoot you!

No, I'll shoot you during your friends descent into death!

And I'll sidestrafe to give you an inconvenience in aiming at me! Haha!

    *Pow pow pow pow pow*

    Blarg.

  • at least it is not a formless spawn

  • Yes it is (essentially).

  • the first time i let hoover go into the molten gold, THAT IS FOR SHOCKING MY BALLS U PRICK. lol

  • Mantorok was the corpse god's name.

You did make the connection between Mantorok being a reference to Cthulhu, though (or else the weird circular toothed mouths look similar, or how they "pulse" looks similar, whatever).

  • The shoggoth is cute. :3

  • I always wondered about the raid angle, in the game and the novel.

So does the government know about the mythos or...what?

  • I believe they're just concerned about where the Marshes are getting all the gold. Since the place has no mine and no real production, all that money looks more than a little suspicious. Plus the place has a reputation for visitors 'disappearing', so it just eventually got bad enough that the government decided to look into the situation.

  • It also might be the fact that to them, there is a strange disease spreads and infecting the citizens, giving them a sicking look and also making them into fishmen I suppose.

Here is what I wonder at the moment...What the hell were those alien things in the begining and during the dream at the begining of attack of the fishmen? Hydra and Dagon?

  • They're Yithians. I thought I said that? I know there was a drawing in the cult house of them, and I said it was a Yithian. It's hard to keep track of that stuff.

Dagon and Hydra images aren't for awhile.

  • well this is the4straws, not foxymew.

  • "Not everyone is going to die, just the vast majority." Heh, works for me...

  • Lol.

The part after the elevator reminded me of the canals from bloodlines.

  • I love the way the killings and the flashbacks affect Jack's sanity. It makes the game feel more realistic.

  • "No they're not! There's stuff RIGHT THERE." Classic.

  • Another awesome CoC video, nice !
