Great Idea on the whole freezing of the milk idea! My blender can't handle the one lump sum of milk frozen in the cup....I ended up filling an ice tray with 16oz of milk instead, I'll find out if it blends easier tomorrow. I think I'll add a little more greek yogurt next time, but definitely an awesome healthy dessert! Thanks for posting.
Yes you can do it in the ice tray too. I hope you enjoy it. Maybe Next time for your birthday ask people to pitch in and buy you a professional blender it will make your life a lot easier you can make lots of delicious meals and help with your health. Good Luck!
Thanks. Yes get inventive add your almond milk it will taste delicious. This is just the basic recipe I give and by all means everyone add your own creativity to it. i mix up my own recipes all the time.
