Not true - We saw Mr. Dave at the Lensic Theatre in Santa Fe on 4/4/09 and he played this tune, as well as a version of Cat Food Sandwiches that had the crowd rolling in the aisles. Simply Brilliant.

david was the band leader for Trio..emmy lou,dolly,linda....he axed them what instruments he should bring to the sessions...they said ...all of them.....he has over 400...lol...god bless dl...he pushed me to the lap myownself...bluesmain

I just saw Mr. Dave at Worldfest in Grass Valley, CA. Great as always. He played this twice (2 different sets). I wish Mr. Dave would put out a high quality DVD that included all of his on-stage musings...

D Lindley has always knocked me out - what a treat! This like hearing John Fahey in the 70's. Lindley is another in the USA's long string of great indigenous guitarists. A national/National treasure.

Thanks for uploading this! I've heard him do this live also and I've always wanted to hear it again. Just a note the title is "seminole bingo", it may show up better in searches for Lindley and Zevon fans.
