first of all it's not a mixer - it s a dj midi controller. take it as a dj technique to create wobble while spinning a dj set ;-)

for example when i press cue 2 it will play the track from cue 2 :S & what i can see in the video is when you change the cue it keeps the 1\32 and that's what i want you to tell me about :)

yeah you can, but you have to remap the tsi file. invers the loop on of function otherwise the loop will turn of while you jump.

und die jogwheels funktionieren auch nicht richtig, die regeln den pitch. und die funktion von vinyl das wenn man es berührt, das der track pausiert wird, klappt auch nicht so ganz. nur wenn ich meine ganze hand aufs jogwheel drücke...

weist du woher man ein richtiges mapping her bekommt ? ich verwende auhc den vci 400 mit trktor pro 2 aber es stimmt noch einiges nicnht. der crossfader zb regelt zusätzlich nich die highs von deck a. browser sync und load klappt auch nicht... und beim linken knopf über den cues usw weis ich gar nicht was der bewirkt, weil pro 2 nicht drauf reagiert.. fx und pfl auch nicht... also noch einiges. aber wenn ich versuche alles einzelln einzustellen funktioniert es nicht..

Hi! das it alles eine frage des mappings! du solltest erstmal deine traktor pro 2 software auf den neusten stand bringen und dann anschließend auf der vestax.de seite das aktuelle mapping (tsi file) für den VCI 400 ziehen und im controller manager importieren- dann klappt das auch!

Du verwendest ja Vestax VCI 400 kostet ja so ca. 700-800€ d.h gerade nicht billig. habe mich noch ein wenig umgesehen und die folgenden gefunden: Numark iCD DJ in a Box (389,00 ), Hercules DJ Console 4-MX Controller (333,00 €) Reloop Digital Jockey III DJ-Controller Master Edition (499,00€), Denon DN-MC 6000 (799,00€). welches sollte man(n) sich zulegen? kannst du mir bitte helfen ;)

Hi! I am on MAC with a latency of 3.3 ms, in traktor which is pretty fast.

I tried the same unit on pc with 32 bit xp 2.4 dual core - I had 10.2 ms latency over all which was fine too.

@rondon2333 Currently the Windows driver doesnt get enough priority towards the cpu. It´ll be changed with an update in a few weeks. So far you can only optimize your system by switching off all visual effects. On a mac its faster.

I tried to do this on my denon mc6000, but when i jump to hotcues traktor exits the loop. What did I do wrong? Oh, and by the way, I'm just an amateur but that's not a low pass filter as you said in 1:29, it's a low frequency oscillator effect (different thing, man).

you have to reverse the loop on in your tsi than it works!

hi you are right! the VCI 400 will be out on dec - this is just a test version. The overall impression is very very good - the body is solid, the knobs are all good and you have 3 colour led status, xlr outputs etc. get one or test it at a local dealer. this gear is every single dollar worth!
