  • Excellent video. A great number of people overlook tightness in internal rotators and length/weakness in external rotators. Very good exercises, I'd recommend them to almost everyone seeing as the vast majority have weak external rotators.

  • You're correct. Have you heard of the Neanderthal No More articles on T-Nation? It focuses entirely on correcting postural issues, and one of them heavily involving the scapula and external rotators.
