Excellent video. A great number of people overlook tightness in internal rotators and length/weakness in external rotators. Very good exercises, I'd recommend them to almost everyone seeing as the vast majority have weak external rotators.
You're correct. Have you heard of the Neanderthal No More articles on T-Nation? It focuses entirely on correcting postural issues, and one of them heavily involving the scapula and external rotators.
