I don't remember where I saw it, but I read that the Ice Gem was originally intended to be created in-game when an 'X' shape was made. Just some trivia ;)

To find your save files, show all hidden files. Then, go to C:\ProgramData(The hidden Folder)\PopCap Games\BejeweledTwist\users\Nam­e Of Your User Name

There, you would find 3 files named profile.dat, savegame_classic.dat, savegame_zen.dat

@trainboy437 well, as I explained in the annotations, I can't get the save file of the Biltz mode, so I can't edit and make the ice gem in it..

there was an error because of ZEN. you can't lose at zen mode so there is an error when you lose.

@Ldinos I once tried it in the CLassic mode, it's the same, errored and exited. Or I can say that the Zen mode can be normally ended by the bomb and there IS a normal score displaying screen same as the end of the classic or blitz.
