in the video clip it is this phone yes. you dont have to pay for internet if you are using a wifi connection and for msn i use an application called palringo i got from the app store for free. i know this because i own this phone

lol internet is never free on any phone, it all depends on your data plan depending on your provider, but yes, if you use wifi at home, then its free. I have a dataplan with 3 sweden, up to 7 mb/s, can surf how much i want for about 18 usd i think, 150 swedish kronos.

my video capture and even photo (its more noticeable in video) has bad quality.. its on high quality in settings but shows up very bad.. like lines everywhere as if it was of low quality. it doesnt jump or stutter so its frame rate seems fine.. but its very blurry or fuzzy looking.

any help? comparing this with my n95 video.. the n97 is terrible.. is it my phone? should i return and exchange? or does someone else have same problems

Hehe. That depends on what you are looking for in a phone. If you just want a bad@ss smart phone with a scale of features like the N95. You could look for a N97, SamSung omnia HD, HTC touch pro or a iphone 3g 32gb.
