I'm not sure you have much of a valid opinion about American politics--would you listen carefully if Americans hold forth on Aussie politics? You wouldn't? Spent 2 weeks in Perth, one of the greatest places on earth, but I know the huge majority of Aussies would never be so bold (wrong-headed) as to dump shit on our candidates.
