  • This takes me back to the days when things weren't so complicated. Thanks!

  • GENIOS

  • Great tune. John Rostill was indeed a great bass player, but Jet Harris was too.

  • The later Bison's actually did have scroll headstocks. 1964-1970 spanning the Baldwin/Burns period...then again in 1993. The re-issue came out in 2001 with the batwing headstock.

  • Those Burns Bisons and those 60's hotties...wooph!!

  • @ToneDeafecation They're Burns Marvins, actually - the Bison has longer horns and no scroll headstock, and John's bass was recently re-released as the "Shadows" bass, though it's out of production again now.

  • Very good, wonderful Shadows band !!

  • GOLD TIMES!

  • The Shads developed a much heavier sound when John Rostill was with them.

  • A 1st class from way back, thanks for posting

  • The Best Shadows Line up Ever !! Great Hank Bruce Brian and John !!!!

  • Priceless stuff !

So very typical of the era, and always great to see footabe of John Rostill; so much talent that left us way too soon...

The old grainy film, the dance steps, and the Burns guitars...long live the 60's !

  • Hank is a guitar God,no one but no one plays a guitar like him even today !!!!!!
